Andre does exceptional work. My minivan had gone on several trips over the summer and needed some serious detailing. He estimated that it would take between 3-4 hours, but he found a lot of sand hiding in the car and it ended up taking almost 5 hours (Andre wanted to make sure that my minivan was perfect). I found Andre on here and the reviews are true, he does AMAZING work! I bought my suv on a hot, sunny day, and the windows were down. Over the next few days of owning the car, I noticed the smell of smoke. The car was previously owned and they were clearly smokers. After having Audi, ionize it 3 times the smell of smoke always returned. I took it to numerous car wash places until finally I decided to try having it detailed. Andre answered when I called, was very informative and got me an appt. at a time and date that accommodated my schedule. Fast forward to today, my appointment. He messaged me when he was going to arrive, and when he showed up he got right to business. I only spent a few minutes talking with him but that was enough to know that he is a very kind man and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. My car is sparkling inside & out and the smell is gone!!!He shampooed it & conditioned the leather. Everything looks shiny & brand new! Andre was fabulous! A can of soda blew up inside my car, creating a sticky, awful mess, including spraying onto the sun visor and roof fabric. I reached out to Andre via email around 8pm that night, and he responded quickly. Andre picked up my vehicle, did his magic, and at the end of the next day, it looked brand new! Andres is the guy to go to if you need your car detailed, waxed, washed, anything he could do it he came to me to check out my car after i took it for a 'detail' at Marin Honda which my car ended up coming out worse than when it took it it had old wax all over faded black plastic and the paint had many swirl marks and wax residue all over the place. Andres told me he could take care of it no problem and i trusted him with my baby. I took him the car in the morning he was already up on time with all his tools layed out (probably the friendliest person I've ever met) he told me i could pick it up by 10:30, i showed up at 10:30 and my car was beyond my expectations, the paint shined like it was straight off the showroom floor or even a bit better, he got rid of all the swirl marks and made everything look amazing again, he even cleaned up my interior dash and vacuumed all for a more than reasonable price, if your hesitating on calling someone or worried about trusting somebody with your car Andres is the guy with his great personality and customer service he is one of the best car detailers in Marin.
