Rust buckets. All the trucks come from up north. Snow and salt exposed. All are rusty in the undercarriage. I didn't listen to the reviews and wasted time driving up there to view their trucks. I had 35k bank check, trade in worth 8k, and left without test driving a vehicle due to the amount of rust in the undercarriage. All the trucks at least. Some trucks were painted underneath. Don't be fooled. It's rust under that paint. They also add on 2-3k to the sticker for any vehicle with wheels but they do give the option to put stock back on. read more

Sales rep name Kirk is lazy...period. Will only reach out last day of the month to attempt to get a sale in. Stopped reaching out when I was interested in a car, but they didn't want to fix the issues at the time. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous staff, including the owner, who is extremely accommodating and super friendly. They got me in right away, and were very knowledgeable and took time to listen while I showed them what I wanted done and than explained the process of what they would be doing to repair my vehicle very clearly. My truck is black and also had several noticeable scratches in various places, which really bothered me. I pointed out all of the scratches and asked if they could do the paint work and if so, to please let me know when I could bring my truck back to get the work done. They agreed. After that I decided to wait for the repairs to be finished, which I assumed wouldn't take more than a couple of hours at the most; but I was pleasantly surprised when my truck was done within just a little more than an hour! They brought it up looking fantastic! It had been washed and they even cleaned and polished my tires! Everything looked great and I was really happy with the work. But, upon closer inspection I was absolutely shocked and ecstatic when I realized that in addition to removing ALL the door dings (about 7 or 8-some in the worst possible places, which I've been told may be very hard to remove), and doing and excellent job on all of those, they also touched up ALL of the paint and those scratches that had been bothering me so much...GONE! All of them! I couldn't believe it! My truck looks AMAZING and I honestly couldn't be happier! Ive read some of the negative reviews posted about this business, and based on my experience nothing is further from the truth. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. I would definitely recommend Auto Showcase to anyone and everyone in the market for a new car or truck and/or excellent service/repairs or body work. The dealership is beautiful, the staff/management and owner are extremely friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Do not buy from this dealership. Save your time, peace, and money and go to Koons chevrolet whitemarsh. This dealership is really shady and malicious, and they don't care about the harm they do to other, they just want the money. A few months ago I needed a car and I went one day afterwork 2 hours before closing and I tested the car, it seemed fine, but I noticed that there was oil in accumulated in the engine. I should've left that place right there and then. The car advertised at a low cost and low mileage so I thought if I had to change the engine in a couple of years I'll do it. But little did I know the car had so many problems so please checkt he following and hear my warning. 1. Check underneath the car, the car I bought had rust damage. All underneath the car from the wheels to the gas thanks and the control arms as well. 2. Leaking Transmission Fluid from Casing. There was a lot of oil underneath the car, and I didn't notice until my mechanic checked the car. 3. Temperature control of the car fails after 4 days of me buying it. 4. The TURBO was damaged, and this happened after a few days I the purchase. They probably erase the code from these 2 problems because the dash didn't show this at the purchase. 5. Leaking Freon from the A/C Compressor 6.Leaking Oil fromt the oil pan 7. They change the price of the car to higher than what they said at first. 8. The sales person lie about the APR. Don't buy a car from Hammed whatever the name of the Middle Eastern guy is. 9. Horrible management, they said they were going to change the turbo, but they didn't. Jhon, one of the sale managers, saw my 8 months daughter and still sold me that car knowing that we could've been in a car accident. When I went to talk to them about the dealership warranty, they BS saying" Oh, it's past the 1000 miles. Yeah, because I commute and I have to work, but I still have some days since I bought it. 10. Don't buy the extended warranty they don't work, and they also BS me when I try claiming all the problems. So overall, please don't buy from this dealership. OK, So this review comes after it has become blatantly clear that the owner has no desire to make things right. I purchased a 2011 Cadillac ESV after being given a "clean" Carfax report for it. I traded my 2009 Chevy Suburban in and drove home. On the highway, the vehicle jumped lanes when brakes were applied. There was a very strong burning brakes smell when we got it home. I used an app to look up the VIN number, and found that it was in a major accident. I texted Keith Bagwell and told him that he lied to me about the history of the vehicle. He said that they dont use Carfax reports (even after giving me a Carfax report). I told him that I didn't want the vehicle. They tried to put me in other SUV's, of which ALL had major issues that prevented me from making an agreement. After at least 5 service visits, I noticed that they gave me the Carfax for an identical vehicle that they had sold. In other words, they figured that I'd never realize that they were using a vehice's good VIN, in order to defraud me into buying a damaged vehicle. To make matters worse, they took a warranty for a vehicle of the same make, model, and year, and scratched out the 3rd VIN number, and Brent in finances hand wrote my VIN above it! I was nearly killed when trying to get out of the way of an 18 wheeler. The vehicle got to a set speed and stalled. After having it continue to shut down on me on the highway as I traveled with my family to NC, I took it to an independent Cadillac dealership in Waldorf, MD. The warranty was useless!!! GM refused to honor the warranty because Auto Showcase used after market parts, and installed a bypass. I have exhausted many attempts to rectify this problem with them. The owner refused to talk to me. So I explained that I would seek legal counsel. He was unfazed. So I contacted the BBB, FTC, MVA Fraud Division, FBI Internet Crimes Division, as well as the MD Attorney General's office. The MD Attorney General's office gave the owner the opportunity to respond by Feb 19 (yesterday), to no avail. So now I will take this case to Harford County and file both a civil and criminal suit for fraud by deception using false VIN numbers. I will shut this place DOWN, and have ALL responsible, answering to criminal charges from the state. I will be made whole! If you are in the market for a vehicle from Auto Showcase, or any dealership for that matter, match up the VIN numbers from the Carfax report with the vehicle that you are interested in purchasing. If they don't line up CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY, and have ALL PARTIES INVOLVED ARRESTED for FRAUD!!! read more

I purchased a truck from them that the check engine light came on after 4 days of driving it with a small evap systems leak, brain their service manager try to tell me over and over again what he thought it was without looking at it and he was wrong! The entire fuel pump was completely rusted out and leaking fuel! After contacting my lawyer and telling the dealership I was taking my truck to the Maryland state troopers and MVA and show them that this truck should have never passed state inspection, they offered to cancel the sell and give me my car back! I have bought 3 cars in the last 2 years 2 of which being brand new, these guys thought they had an easy mark and were willing to take advantage of someone they perceived "vulnerable" in order to make a sale. I was interested in a BMW M4 they had online asking $44,950 prior to associated fees. Only to be given a paper showing the cost would now be increased by $2,550. When I asked why the increase I was told it's because it's the cost of the inspection for the vehicle......(that is not a joke.) I then at this point told them well I would not be paying that price and then they back track saying it's a rough estimate. (Rough is a word for it) SIDENOTE: While Khaled and I are discussing the issues with the car like the ripped seats that aren't mentioned in the listening and that Khaled "did not know about" as well as the car being filthy inside as though they don't have the ability to detail it and what will be fixed on it if I do decide to buy and what won't. In the background my credit is being ran while I was told it would not be until we had 100% figured out what the cost of the car would be without the ridiculous added "fees". To recap: 1.These guys like to bait and switch prices then lie to your face about it. 2.They will show a vehicle that still has dirt and spill marks on the interior that could be cleaned. 3. I went there interested in an Audi A6, test drove, decided to buy, agreed on sale price of $24,900. After sitting there for a bit, the finance manager comes to the sales persons desk where I was sitting and has me sign paperwork. Odd usually you go into their office. As I'm signing he's explaining the paperwork and I sign. I get home and realized that instead of the sale price being the agreed sales price of $24,900 it was actually $26,900, I should have noticed that when signing but, he knew what he was doing, he was rushing me to sign, at my age I should know better than to trust a salesman especially a car salesman/finance manager. I thought I had a great experience until I went through the paperwork once I got home. Beware!!!! All smoke and mirrors, while you are signing, having you get sidetracked, the back and forth, etc. I was having to pay an extra 2K. Bravo to the finance manger for making your dealership 2k more than was agreed upon. I should have known better! If you're thinking of buying a car from here DON'T DO IT. They sold me a car that had no oil in it and the horn didn't work among other things that would not pass the state inspection. Buying a 2015 car I didn't expect it be perfect but decent. The car was listed as $13,500 but it was really $16,000. Although they fixed the horn, replaced a missing lug nut and filled it with oil they refused to fix the alignment. I think it's pretty crappy I have to go from the dealership to a mechanic to have the alignment and tire rotation done since out of the 3 different brand tires the 2 that actually match should be on the front. The buying experience was great and I was looking forward to returning to purchase another vehicle in the near future. No way in hell I'll ever return here. Overall, my experience with Auto Showcase of Bel Air has been much improved from my previous purchase. New management has lead to better customer service and a straight forward buying experience. Two years ago, I bought a car from them. I felt extremely pressured and the sale associates were rude and vulgar, using profanity and making crude jokes. The main culprit, Chris, still works there. Now, I saw a car on thier site that met every need I had for a new car. I decided to give them another chance. I'm glad I did because in two years a good bit changed. I felt less pressured and was able to work with them more on a mutually agreed price. I wish the site would be less misleading about the price but what can you do. They tell you that a vehicle state inspection cost them $1,999. That's hard to believe. This review is a combination of both times I bought cars from them. Let's start with the positive here - the actual finance and customer service team, Rachel, Carmen, John(?) are great people and very helpful throughout the process of selling my car to them (registered out of state - helped with the registration cancellation process and were very pleasant to deal with). If I had to do business with this shop again, I would go straight to them. Now the bad *(which seems to be consistent with every review here). I bought a SUV from the about 4 years ago and they are huge scam artist. 1st I was told the car had a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty which was a lie. Then the were so unorganized getting my tags and I ended up having to drive to there Bel Air road location to pick it up, after calling for weeks straight trying to find out where my tags were. Then I was lied to that this car had came in yet finding out that the inspection was done almost 30 days prior. This was not the initial car that I had intended to buy. Bought a car and was told the rear breaks were just replaced to pass inspection and 12 hrs later I had a loud thumping coming from the rear of the vehicle. I called and they told me all sales are final but then told me to bring it back up. I dropped it off that night and was told the problem was fixed only to get 4 miles down the road and the same issue appeared. They told me the breaks needed to be bled and it would work itself out on its own. I then took it to my mechanic who not only found that the dealership mechanic had wrapped the emergency brake cable around the caliper but now the check engine light came on. The vehicles check engine light was clearly turned off right before the sale and now came back on with 6 warnings/errors. Not only did they do neglectful repairs before the sale but when I tried to call the general manager told me all sales are final and would not even take my phone calls. I would never buy from here again and could not be more disgusted with the lies I was told and lack of consideration from the entire staff. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!! read more

I went to buy a truck from them and it had the works done to it. Had a nice lift and some nice wheels on it. The perfect truck. I went two days in a row because the first trip was during the evening so it was dark. The next day I went and did a more thorough look at the truck and it had scratches on the side of it (they did buff it out) and the tailgate was pushed in on one side. They didn't want to fix the tailgate which was whatever. But when we went to start on paperwork was when the real nightmare began. Going through the paperwork I saw that they were charging me for the lift and the wheels that were on the truck. They did not advertise that there would be an extra charge for these things. When I asked they said it was in their fine print. After all the extra fees and trying to get a warranty they were trying to charge me an extra $10k on top of the truck price. The storefront is very nice and they have really nice cars, and that's how they get you. Everybody was very nice until I started asking about why it's 10k over the listing price. When I refused to move forward with the transaction I was talked to like I was a bothersome person. Very glad I did not buy from these guys. read more

I had previously visited Auto Showcase about 2 years ago and they had a car I was interested in however when I arrived that car was sold and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I decided to revisit after I saw another car I liked and this time the car was in stock and things went way differently. Last visit there was loud hip hop playing over the speakers this visit was nice, calm and soothing music. Last visit I had to walk through 2 salesman puffing a cloud of smoke at me in order to get into the showroom and this visit I was greeted outside in the lot prior to walking in and had them open the door for me. I told my salesman about my prior experience and he said there is new management in place and that they are a whole new operation and I saw it first hand. Went to buy a Mercedes C300 on 12-8-17. Was told the car was $9900 which, is slightly over black book retail. Ok fine. So, we went for a test drive and my fiancee' and myself liked the car. Sit down to negotiate then I am told about a $2500 "reconditioning fee". I was pissed. The salesman should have told me the car is $12400. I would have not taken a test drive and wasted 45 minutes of both of our time. During negotiating, the salesman wanted to do a "soft check" of my credit even though I was willing to pay cash for the car. That was a LIE, the finance person did a HARD HIT on my credit with 3 different banks. This happened even though we were not even close to making a deal on the price of the car. Stay away from these lying crooks. Add $2500 to any price you see listed for a vehicle. Do not let them check your credit until you agree on a purchase price first. Hard lesson for myself. read more
