Couple of things. 1) They were able to find rims for my car which many were not able to get. 2) Rims delivered were damaged. They called and rescheduled me instead of trying to get over. 3) I told them I wanted Michelin Pilot Sport 4 AS and their price was cheaper than what I was able to find online. I drove an hour and a half to No Limit for one single rim for my Toyota Camry. I had 3 chrome rims and was looking for a 4th to match. Selling a single rim ain't what drives their business, and ain't really in their best interest. But, they knew that I really wanted to go home with something same day. The employee pulled a few strings and said "this is the best I can do" They mounted the rim on a tire and I took it home and threw it on the car. I got so many compliments that I decided to buy the full set. To me it's unbelievable that they were able to provide something so spot, in under an hour, for a great price. I just bought my triple black 2019 F-150 sport used with 20,000 miles and immediately wanted to add those final touches to make it as mean hell looking. I did my homework looking for the best shop in the area and it truly paid off. Everyone I know with custom work done either had NoLimit do their work or sadly went somewhere else and wished they took it to NoLimit. I initially waited for about 30 minutes to get waited on but that's a good sign because they are in high demand. Well yeah those people was probably pissed because they called to get a price so they can go somewhere else. Yeah go in and get your prices because everyone their is busy working on peoples vehicles and dealing with actual customers. Had to have the work they did redone. They failed to tighten the stabilizer link and it clunked. The headlights they installed were pointing to the ground on highbeam. Upon taking it back the failed to find the loose link and told me that both of the struts they installed we defective and of poor quality. Got new ones and had them installed elsewhere when the loose link was found to be causing the noise. Had to have the front grill, bumper cover, and trim removed. Found the highest bulb was not seated properly and found that adjusters exist but were not adjusted. They refuse to offer credit for the work that had to be redone. They were paid $800 for the labor the did, that had to be redone. They dismissed me like a piece if trash, and refused to make good their faulty labor. read more

At first they were cool. I set up appointment to have my lift done and since it was a while before they could get me in, I had a friend of mine do it. I felt bad for cancelling and had them do the exhaust for me the same day that my appointment for the lift was even tho I really didn't want the exhaust yet. While doing the exhaust I asked them to torque the rims for me and check over the lift. Well, they said the lift was installed incorrectly and that it could have bent some support bracket or whatever. Instead of having them take things apart, I said ok, just order whatever could be bent and I'd just have them redo it. I trusted them. And I got pissed at a friend of mine thinking he messed my lift up. So, I didn't drive the truck. When my appointment finally came, I took the truck in and dropped it off. They told me it would only take a few hours. Well, the whole day goes by and no call. I call them and they basically told me a guy was working on it and it would be done soon. Hours later I call again and they put me through to chuck. No one answers. I call back and the phone rings and rings. So I leave the phone ringing and go to the shop. My truck is sitting in the same spot that I left it. No one worked on it. I walk into the shop with the phone ringing and look at the guy at the counter and ask him, " this is how you're gonna treat me?!" He says nothing and walks in the back. He comes back and says chuck is coming. I tell them to give me my deposit back. They do. But the point is, they vindictively dicked me around. I get it, a cancellation sucks. But I did it within 24 hours. And this situation is even worse than I can explain it. I was pretty mad about it. And if I woulda reacted everyone woulda just looked at me like I was the bad guy. But people have no consequences now a days. They do coward shit. And I kinda feel like a coward writing this review yet it's the only thing I have to do that won't put me away. This company makes a lot of money and has a lot of business. So really, they don't give a shit in certain situations. I feel you should always deal with people with integrity. Their character as a business is flawed. I've been driving my truck for months now and had quite a few mechanics look at it. There's nothing wrong with it and they lied to me because I had someone else do it. The guys name was chuck. He's the only chuck there. And if you read this chuck.... you're trash. I had blind spot monitoring and a back up camera installed. The work was clean and everything works. But after you pay its whats ever. The backup camera didn't have grids and wasn't adjusted. So i called and asked about it they said Keith isnt here he will call you back that was Friday and its Monday. I called on monday and was told that they dont adjust backup cameras that wasnt bought from them. I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM. Still no reply back. Decent work but customer service after sucks. I'm being generous with the 3 stars cause I did get a nice set of rims there once but that's where the quality of the experience takes a sharp left. If you go there to say hello it takes 1-2 business days for them to give you a response. I came here to have 2 tires replaced. It took 5 hours for them to replace 2 tires. They're very quick when it comes to taking your money and drag their asses when it comes to getting the work done. And I thought about getting all 4 tires replaced but at this point they would need to keep the car for a whole day and no one has time for that...It was 2 tires...5 hours...it's not like you get superior work for your time...you're getting massively inconvenienced for average work... read more

Have always liked the work No Limit has done. I've been a fan of them on Facebook and Instagram and enjoy checking out all the photos of the cars and trucks they post. The work done in this shop is top notch, it has to be with all the exotic cars they work on. Well now it is finally my turn to get them to work on my car and what a job they did. Matt at No Limit hooked me up with new wheels and tires. After it was done they take some photos and they do a great job with the pictures they take, Matt sent me a very cool pic of my 4Runner after the wheels and tires were finished. Went back to get my black mesh grille installed. They said it would take about 2 hours and that is exactly how long it took. A+ quality work, I will not go anywhere else to get custom work done on my 4Runner. I'm already planning on going back to get some vinyl wrap work done and some HIDS installed. They work on alot of professional athlete cars so I know they would take care of mine. I Just had a bad but also the most wonderful experience at No Limit in Baltimore and felt very compelled to leave a positive review. I recently decided to buy myself power steps for my 17 Ram. I dropped my Ram off on Sunday night so the crew could get started on it right away Monday morning. 12:30 comes and I decided to call and get a status on the installation. I was told that the Ram was still on the lift and should be ready by 2:30ish. I felt that it was kinda long for just a step installation, but regardless I said ok and decided to be dropped off at 3:00 anticipating it would be done. After arriving I was told that the pickup time would now be 5:00. Needless to say, I became very irritated. First, I explained that I dropped the Ram off the night before. Second, I was told it would be done by 2:30, and now the job was pushed back to 5:00. At this point 6:00 rolls around and the steps was still not complete and I'm feeling irate. Now I'm back in the waiting room getting off the phone with my wife, whom I just cancelled dinner reservations with, my two daughters and granddaughter (told them to eat without me) *Texas Roadhouse* -my favorite. Just then David Barron (owner of No Limit) introduces himself and quickly apologizes for the long wait and explained that there was problems with the fit of my steps and that his technicians were working hard to perfect it. David explained that No Limit has installed many power steps but my truck was their first Ram they have done. He explained that the pinch welds were creating a very bad fit and that in order to make them function properly, his guys were having a tough time adjusting them without cutting or pounding on my truck. (Amp Research Power Steps didn't account for the pinch welds for Rams and failed to disclose this in the directions). David was very honest and didn't try to BS me. He was strait forward and "owned" the situation. David offered several options to rectify the situation. He offered to eat the labor and only charge for the steps while insuring they will make them work. He offered to put a different kind of running boards on at a deep discount. He offered to remove the power steps and not charge me anything; even after cutting them and committing to hours of labor. David even offered me dinner with my family after learning that I had to canceled with them. Ultimately, I had them removed. By now its was 6:45 and I called my wife to pick me up. David explained that he will have his guys get on the removal the first thing in the morning and even offered me a ride home so that I wouldn't inconvenience my wife. Tuesday morning, I get a call from No Limit and was told that my truck was ready, but they were on their way and was going to deliver it to me. (Please know I live 20 miles away) They arrived at 9:00am I am convinced that David treats every and all customers equally with the same amount of respect regardless if he is dealing with a pro athlete, a public figure or a regular client as myself; I felt like I was royalty. Dave's attitude towards me was very admirable and I can't help to believe that he was genuinely concerned and wanted to make thing right. I will certainly remember his generosity and taking ownership of his work; it reflects positively on No Limit as being professionals. read more

I went there on a Saturday to switch my wheels that needed some modification. I came there from having a bad experience at another place (House of Dubs - Don't go there!!!) so when I got there I was very worried I was going to receive the same service. Not at all!!!! I was welcomed by Mike and he took a look at that work that needed done and put me at ease that they would be able to get my job done right. I was very impressed that he let me know what was being done to my car every step of the way. The end result was perfection...I must say my convertible BMW looks very clean with the chrome on them!!! Got a lift installed from them that was junk . I never asked for a low budget lift , as i had a brand new jeep jk 2016 . I was sold a crap lift , a rough country 3.25 inch lift . I recently had that Awful lift ripped off and another lift installed. This company is a joke , dont go there unless you dont care about quality work . When i called them to express my displeasure with the lift they tried to upsell me on shocks . Bad business , i will never recommend them to anyone . If you want good quality work go to Hammer Motorsports. Ted is a stand up guy and honest. Steer clear of nolimit . They are overpriced and underperform. Labor charges outrageous charged $1700 for a shit lift and i got a much better lift from Hammer Motorsports for $1100 . Be careful of your choices. read more

This place is the best source of aftermarket rims and accessories I have seen! The service is fast and prompt. I called and asked for a set of rims to fit my 370z and the manager there txted me a photo and a price immediately. When I arrived they actually had a show room with rims displayed floor to ceiling. We agreed on a price that included lugs, locks, and hub rings. He even threw in a set of hub rings for my other vehicle after hearing of my experience with another shop. He assisted me in loading everything into my vehicle and I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. Fast, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this shop to anyone out there no matter what your budget. They stock everything in a variety of pricing options. This could possibly be the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my entire life. I bought a very high end set of wheels for my new Corvette and had them installed by another shop in Maryland back in May. The car drove just as smooth as it did with the stock setup and there was no damage at all to the new wheels. In fact, one of the rear wheels was so perfectly balanced from the factory that it required no weights at all for balancing. After one month and less than 200 miles on the wheels I decided that I wasn't happy with their color so I called on No Limit to powder coat them in a more suitable color. I also asked them to road force balance the tires after installation. Two and a half days after I dropped the car off I stopped by to pick it up. The color was exactly what I was looking for so I was happy. Until I got on the interstate on the way home. The car had a severe vibration and pulse feeling throughout the entire frame. Something was definitely wrong so I took the car back to No Limit. I was told that a road force balance hadn't been done and was probably the reason for the vibrations. About an hour later someone came to me and told me that two of my wheels had been bent. The damage was severe enough that the technician could see a wobble while it was on the balance machine. I was in shock. I baby the heck out of my Vette and had only put a couple of hundred miles at most on the new wheels in the month that they were on the car. Also, I hadn't noticed any change in the ride quality. The shop continued to try to road force balance the wheels and 5 hours later they had finished. They said they were able to get 3 of the wheels within acceptable tolerance but the right rear wheel was still at 50 pounds. I accepted the results as it was the best they could do and drove the car home. The vibrations were mostly gone but there was still a pulsing that went back and forth every 2 seconds or so at highway speeds. After doing some research online I decided that I didn't feel safe driving on the damaged wheels. The highest road force that most Chevy mechanics will accept on a new Vette's tires is 25lbs. My right rear wheel was twice that amount. Today I had the damaged wheels removed and put the stock wheels/tires back on the car. When I looked at the inside of the damaged rear wheel I noticed a giant chip in the new powder coat and some pretty severe gouges. This damage was 100% caused by No Limit and was probably the cause for the bending. Nobody has done any work on the car since they had it and it has sat in my garage because I was afraid to drive it. I am now fully convinced that they bent my wheels during the dismount or mount process. They tried to blame the damage on potholes. To this day I still don't know what other wheel(s) were damaged. They wouldn't tell me. I suspect the reason is because it was both rear wheels and not a front and back on the same side. A bent front and back wheel would support their argument that the damage was caused by potholes. Of course, I can't prove that the damage wasn't there when I dropped the car off so I have no recourse with this business. The wheel manufacturer has asked that I ship the wheels back to them to see if they can be repaired. If not, I'll have to spend another $7,000 on a new set. One thing they will probably be able to tell me is how the damage occurred. If it wasn't because of potholes I'll have complete confirmation where it happened. Finally, I have to wonder why the technician that balanced them the first time didn't notice them wobbling on the machine. And why didn't the person that test drove the car afterwards notice the severe vibrations and pulsing that was very apparent to me at highway speeds. Did they realize they had screwed up and hoped that they would get away with it? I'll never know. The one thing I do know is that I wouldn't trust this shop to do any kind of work for me in the future. Edit: When my Chevy dealer changed out the wheels today it was a NASCAR style change. They took the lug nuts off, pulled off the wheel/tire, replaced with a completely different wheel/tire set and put the lug nuts back on. Took less than 15 minutes. I mention this in case No Limit tries to claim here that the damage to the powder coat could be caused by someone else. read more

I have heard so many good things and I was very trusting of no limit but I really wish I would have went elsewhere. I walked in Friday morning around 10 a.m. and was informed my rim would be fixed a few hours before close for less than $150. I had heard nothing all day so around 4 o'clock I called and was told I would recieve a call back soon. An hour passed and there was no call so I called again. After calling again Matt told me that the welder had left for the day so I would not get my rim until tomorrow but I had already scheduled someone to come put it on that night. So then he told me to wait so he could ask his welder who of course declined coming back in. Eventually the welder did come in so I paid my $175, which was over what I was told, and I went on my way. After putting the tire on I found out that it still was not fixed so I had to go back AGAIN. Overall I had a mediocre experience and I will not be going back. read more

Last night we picked up our Jeep Wrangler from No Limit and she looks absolutely AMAZING!! We were referred to the them by a friend of mine and we ended up speaking with Chuck. Chuck did an outstanding job with helping us pick out a rim and even gave us the idea of customizing a wheel since I wanted somewhere in the rim a red accent to go with the Rubicon sticker. We ended up going with a customized wheel. We were told it would take about a month to have the wheels done which wasn't a big deal. They were done sooner than expected which is a bonus in the customer service world. We made an appointment the next business day of when the wheels were delivered to No Limit. Chuck said it would probably be about 2 days, still no big deal and she was done in 1. I work in customer service and for a High Line Dealer (Mercedes Benz) and customer service is everything. Chuck went over and above. We highly recommend using Chuck at No Limit and we will be back in the Spring to get more items added to the Jeep. THANK YOU CHUCK!!! read more
