They are all dishonest people working there especially Tony, at the beginning he makes you think he's giving a good deal while all the stuff he sells is garbage low quality products. They are non- trained/specialized people working on your car and leave wires all over the place and damage things while doing the installation. I had them install a stereo in my truck, after 4 months the volume control wouldn't work. The remote never worked The guy said they guaranteed their work for 1 month. He said he could ship it to the manufacturer to see if they'd help. I can see where it's now my problem, I should've went to a reputable place. He gave me the option of buying 2 different stereos for more than I could buy them at Frys. Thanks a lot! I guess when you don't need the business you can treat customers like they're a pain. Absolutely amazing! Tony did a great job, he was lightning fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I've gotten many quotes, he was the cheapest and did the install right there on the spot. I just had Auto Sound install a new Kenwood head, Kicker amp and 6 Kicker speakers, along with a Sirius Satellite SXV300 tuner to work with my 2000watt Kicker amp and Subwoofer 2 12" Kickers in my car. Had Autosound install a CarPlay system on my Tundra with a backup camera and was very impressed with the quality of work. From the moment I walked into the shop I was taken care by Tony. Overpriced, I had them installed a top notch alarm system (almost $500), the siren stopped working a few months later. the system came with trunk open by remote, but first it wouldn't open because they were so cheap and install a small motor..not strong enough to open my trunk. when you bring your equipment to have them installing it..they switch your stuff and install their old or cheaper stuffs and keep your good equipment. Took my Civic in today after reading all the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Tony was quick to diagnose the issue I had been having with my speakers and gave me a very reasonable price to replace them. I've found in the past that some places will give you one price and then add a bunch more onto it after the fact, but that was not the case here. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. The work was done promptly and my car was ready to go shortly after I arrived back to collect it at the agreed upon time. The speakers sound great. I was impressed because although it was only the front speakers that had blown out and needed replacing, Tony advised me that I may want to get the rear speakers replaced at a later date as they would eventually go as well. He wasn't pushy and I didn't get the idea that he was just trying to make an additional sale, just honestly wanted me to know what issues I might be dealing with down the line. When the time came to pay, I asked Tony if it would help him if I were to give him a review. He said yes, he places a great deal of weight on his reputation and wants every customer to come away with a positive experience. I like to check places out online before frequenting their business, and I am glad I did because I likely would not have used this shop had it not been for their well-deserved, stellar reputation. I have an early 2000 Mercedes Benz and Auto Sound was the only audio place that gave me the best recommendation for cost, time and functionality for a bluetooth Pioneer Sound system. Other shops were at between 25%-40% higher in costs. Some told me I would need a custom system. Auto Sound gave me a sound recommendation, clearly explained the differences in systems, and was able to install it and show me how to use the controls in 1.5 hours. Tony is amazing and has a great staff. Hong and Kevin are equally helpful and are always courteous. This is the second time I have used Tony to help with my car, he has everything I need. I now have a car alarm with two keyless entry remotes, a really nice DVD/CD player and he is also helping with my auto tint. I came to him when my car got broken into and he was able to connect me with an inexpensive glass shop and he fixed my dash and center console. Unfortunately, the original unit that was installed was faulty but without any hassle, Auto Sound's team traded it out and ordered a brand new replacement. Just my luck, that one was faulty too! The owner decided it was time to upgrade my DVD player to a better brand so they ordered one for me and its great! They also wired the sound into my speakers for free. FANTASTIC service, they stand behind their products and installations. I had a new Kenwood head unit installed a few years back with my existing 4 channel and separate 2 channel amp running a 10 inch bandpass sub. Everything was smooth and I really was impressed with the time Tony took to show me all the functions. I has a special install so I could use AUX sound sources via a jack/cord and they accommodated my request. I recently had a battery jump and now no sound. I figured it was a fuse but just in case I wanted it checked out. They had it fixed in literally 3 minutes, no questions asked. I really appreciate how easy it is to work with them.
