I am a happy camper after finally finding a place to install CarPlay into my 2015 E350 MB. When I first attended, the lady at the front was very kind and ensured I got the help I needed. They ordered the part for me and were very transparent on what would best fit my car without trying to up charge me. 3-4 weeks later they took my car in to install the part and the guys working were equally kind and also showed me how to use the CarPlay. It works so well and I'm truly so happy as this has been a game changer in just the one day I've driven with it so far. It definitely bites into your wallet but the price was fair for Bay Area level. He added sound dampening to my RAV4 for a much quieter ride and even spent time looking at a supposed brake issue that Toyota of Stevens Creek tried to blame on the sound dampening. I was looking for a shop that can install a new radio for my 2004 Honda Accord. My radio stopped working back in 2018 so I haven't had a radio since then, until NOW. I gotta say, these guys do an amazing job of scheduling and installation. I dropped by on my day off to get a quote and set up a date for installation as well as put a deposit in for all the parts and labor. I actually got a call about 3 hours before my appointment with an estimated time of 2 hours for installation, but they ended up finishing the install in LESS than that time (probably about an hour). Hai and Milissa were super SUPER helpful and straightforward with ordering parts and installation. I didn't want anything fancy, I just wanted a working radio with Bluetooth and they managed to put in an order for what I wanted for a 2004 Honda Accord. Hands down I had a very awesome experience with these guys. I'm already thinking about getting better speakers installed by them now that I know how professional they are about the work they do and how fast they work with installation. I have upgraded the audio system in every car I have owned since I was a teenager. New (modern) cars are a different animal, of course, since you can't drop a new head unit in there and expect to get a proper feed to your speakers. So, we have to resort to line output converters or digital signal processors in order to get a good, clean feed to the aftermarket equipment we've purchased. In my case, I have a 2017 Audi A3 with an Alpine 4-channel amp and a Down4Sound sub amp with a 12" JL Audio 12W3v3-2 sub and a JL Audio Fix86 to clean up the factory EQ and give me something to work with... I do as much of the work as possible, myself (including replacing all of the speakers, installing the amps and a relay with a switch to alleviate the amp start-up noise. I KNEW I needed some help with the tuning of the system... I set the gains using a multimeter and the input voltage numbers (to avoid blowing the amps) and just wasn't happy with the sound. Hai was really great (as were the rest of the guys at he shop - good taste in music, too - I stayed there and worked while Hai worked on my car). I knew I needed a DSP, but Hai explained that he felt he knew what was wrong and that he could adjust the system to my liking. Long story-short, I spent a couple of hours at the shop and Hai took some measurements and made some adjustments... I do NOT like giving poor reviews - in fact, I typically will avoid reviewing if I don't have anything nice to say. I spent over $300 and, when I got home, the first thing I had to do was turn all the gains down as everything was clipping like mad --- to the point that speakers or amps were going to be damaged. Also, due to the gains being so high, there was a ton of noise introduced into the system that Hai explained was due to the power wires being too close to the speaker cabling. Well, I took this into account when I wired it up, but went ahead and re-wired the entire system again. The wiring didn't change anything, reducing the gains quieted everything down. Really, the worst part (aside from spending yet another night working on the car AND dropping that much cash for no reason) was that Hai told me, afterward, that he actually lowered the gains on the amps. C'mon... it's my car and my system... I knew where the gains were set. read more

The Asian guy (sorry about that I even not ask him his name) he just took 30 seconds to figure it out the problem. My CarPlay turned on connected to my phone so happy. I asked him for payment he denied.he say no payment you good to go. I asked him about backup camera, he said buy it hd backup camera we will install for with some labor charges. Came here to look at options for upgrading the speaker system in my 2024 Prius XLE. I spoke with Hai and he gave me a ton of options at various price points. I settled on starting out with a 10-inch subwoofer installation in the trunk. I ended up paying around $1400 for the woofer, amplifier, all other necessary hardware, and a custom-made enclosure that Hai built to maximize trunk space while also providing great performance. The installation took a little longer than expected, but I am so happy with the result. The job looks incredibly clean, and the sub sounds fantastic! Got a couple different quotes from car audio shops for my car but the problem is, I'm SUPER PICKY with where I take my car to. (Yes, I am the PITA customer when it comes to my car. No shame) I reached out to Melissa a couple times for quotes to install a subwoofer and amp + bass knob and arranged for a date for me to bring my car in the shop. Their quote was very reasonably priced and they had no problems with me bringing my own parts as well. Unfortunately, I had a tragic family incident so I couldn't make it to my original install date. Melissa was very accommodating and rescheduled my install date for their next availability that worked with my schedule After getting my car back, I thought I had noticed something on my car was scratched, so I texted them. Hai reached out within 15 minutes after my message. He had the replacement part ordered the next day. Fast forward to when I come in, he takes off the part, and cleans it... no scratch at all. Came here late Friday night to look at some front door speakers as they are one of the only places that have displays so you hear what you're buying before you buy it. Melissa was super helpful and informative with what I was getting and suggestions of what would be better with my taste of music! Great place, definitely recommend! The staff there, especially Hai, were very professional and helpful. They helped me choose the right components and design for a car audio upgrade, and even though I had a lot of questions they were very patient and thorough. I really appreciated how they explained the things they do that make an aftermarket stereo install done right, like checking with manufacturers (car and audio), and getting door pinouts to avoid unnecessary modifications or any type of change that would prevent future service like to fix a door window or lock problem. They also have a good selection of quality brands - Focal, Helix, and mObridge to name a few. I brought in a 2006 Highlander Hybrid to have the head unit replaced with a more modern one that would support bluetooth, SiriusXM, and Apple CarPlay, as well as a backup camera. I did some research beforehand and was nervous, because there were a lot of people (including Crutchfield) saying that you should not replace the stereo on this specific car, especially since it has Nav and is the hybrid model. But they assured me they could do it, and had done similar work before. They did a fantastic job! It looks, works, and sounds great great. Most of all, the quality is impeccable. No glitches, no problems. And they even kept all the steering-wheel controls (vol/channel/mode). And they added the dual-usb, phone mic, and backup camera in a very unobtrusive way that doesn't mess up the vibe of this older car. I use the existing top screen for the climate controls and hybrid display (ignoring the prehistoric nav system), and the new Sony unit for music, phone calls, voice-texting and Waze. As a plus, the sound quality is way better now. Also, they are very nice to deal with, listened to all my questions and concerns, and performed the work in a timely manner. My stereo sounds great! I had thought I did a lot of research coming in, but when I came in Hai pointed out that the speakers I thought I wanted wouldn't actually fit (even though a few websites claimed they did). He recommended some other speakers that were actually half the price of what I initially said I wanted to order. I was skeptical. But I went home, did more research, and turns out Hai was right, and the speakers he recommended were some of the best that would fit in my car. I had installed the aftermarket stereo myself and... Let's just say I'm no electrical engineer. Hai cleaned up the wiring job I had done, installed the speakers, and even installed USB ports in the cigarette lighter outlet that connect to my stereo for free. And on top of that - I had dropped my car off a day early and expected the installation to take a days or weeks. You had one job... To order the correct item. I made an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance. They were recommended by a friend of mine. I showed up on time of appointment, dropped off my car. The tech was straightforward reviewing the service being done on my vehicle with a turn around time of 1 hr. An hr later they called and told me they ordered the wrong model. What took so long for you to realize that? They offered to install what I didn't want for more money. They were even willing to waive labor fees (which is pretty high to begin with-- my friend told me he paid less!), but my morning/noon time was just wasted. I didn't come back. That was my experience. Customers, buy whatever you need installed and bring it to them if you must. Otherwise don't bother and shop elsewhere. read more

We are so pleased with the work that Hai and his team did retrofitting a system with AppleCarPlay into our 1999 Mustang GT. Most installation options show the double din unit in the lower 2/3 of available space. However, we wanted it in the upper 2/3 for better ergonomics with a manual transmission. This meant a relocation of the HVAC controls and some customization of the factory trim piece. The finished product was even better than we had hoped.
