I got my honda fit tinted here 5 years ago and i loved the work. So i came back here to get my Tesla tinted knwing that i would be in good hands. Mario hooked me up with a good deal for ceramic tint, which was nice of him. I asked for the darkest tint for the back windows and of course the CA approved tint for the front windows. The process didnt take that long. When they were finished, Mario told me, he did not want to make my back windows too dark coz my interior was nice and i should "show it off". I felt bad and appreciated the compliment however when i drove off, it was still too bright for me and i was not happy. I texted him the next day, and he said it was because i didnt get my rear window tinted and thats where the light is shedding (when i got my tesla, the rear window was already tinted so i didnt need to tinted). He was charging me $120 for the rear. I never got a chance to go back since ive been working alot. Until today, i had all the time in the world, i asked him again if i can get my windows fixed and he was charging me more than $300 for their initial mistake. I was okay with the $120 initially, but charging me $250 for my back windows for wanting my back windows darker in the first place? Ugh. I know i am able to afford a tesla, and probably afford the tint more, but its just ridiculous how i wanted something specific and they did something else. read more

I brought my 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback to get the front and back windows tinted. I got told it will be $279 and about 2hrs of wait time. Car was ready in about 2hrs and 30mins it looked like a good job, but two days later the front windows tint started to bubble. I called the shop and was told to bring it in, so I decided to bring it in on Saturday, 10 am. They replaced the front windows tents (2hr & 30min wait). All protected under warranty. Honest shop trying to provide quality service. Would I come back? IDK there are many other shops with better reviews and a more considerable amount of visits (more experience). Back windows are the darkest tint and front windows are 35%. We went with the ceramic tints because we were told they are more of an investment in the long run. Mario was very responsive and helpful during the entire process, I had a deck and a backup cam in my Audi A3 that I needed to install, he gave me the best rate and slot me in the same week. The waiting room was small, but it was nice that he has snacks and wifi so I was able to work while my car stereo was being installed. The installation went seamless and without a hitch and I actually came back to route some RCA cables from the deck and he did it for me without any hesitation. I had a good experience at Premium Tint and Wrap. I called Mario about a car stereo that was not powering on in my Mercedes Benz. He was friendly and said it would be 125.00 to diagnose the problem. I thought the price was fair. He informed me that the radio was defective. I did purchase a car head unit on Ebay which was over 400.00. Mario said the installation would be a total of 350.00. I did not however get this in writing. I still was charged the 125.00 on July 18 and 225.00 on July 27. I did bring the car back on August 1 because the car stereo I purchased on Ebay did not activate. I had taken it to the dealer 2 days before, but they claimed it could not be activated. I told Mario I had already spent another 300.00 at the dealer. He said he would not charge me for removing it and reinstalling the old one. Thank you, Mario. There are many options for tint in San Jose area. There were no reviews for this place. I like to support new, local, small, family businesses. I arrived in the morning and watched Valentine open the shop. Very clean and organized. He greeted me when o walked in the door. We went and discussed my ideas while looking at my truck. We went back inside the show room, and he showed me the differences between different types of tint. He gave me great recommendations and I decided on a bit more of a premium type of tint for more longevity and solar protection. I went with the LLumar ATC type. Through the dealers, this window tint has a lifetime warranty. Mario and valentine did the tint install much faster than I expected. I was in and out in less than two hours. Originally I was going to Uber home get some work done an Uber back however they had a nice comfortable place for me to wait inside the waiting room. They had snacks and music or television available. I was able to plug in my computer and get some work done while they got some work done on my truck. I waited almost a week before writing this review. I wanted to give the tint time to "cure" so I can roll my windows up and down and appreciate how great of a job they did. I can only recommend this great little business to do window tint, but if they had any other services that I need, such as stereo and alarm installation, I would be sure to use them as well. The quality of their work and their customer service is exceptional. Even though I have not washed my truck yet, I'm going to add a picture here so you can see how great of a job they did. a little 2010 vw golf, $517 for the base tinted ( not the ceramic). On the next day, I bring it back because rear view mirror was installed up side down and a lot of air pockets in the windows, especially on rear windshield. He fixed the mirror , and said air pockets will goes away in few days. Well, it didn't go away for a whole week. I brough it back he fixed most of them , but some are still there . I noticed that about 4 to 5 heating element lines were damaged. I lost a day of work goes back and forward , and now the vehicle only has 1/2 of rear windshield heating. I do not recommend this shop to anyone read more
