I called and explained concern and fact that the next day I was taking car x country to Arizona. Hence couldn't bring it in. I told them I would bring it back in when car returns after sons school ends. I asked that they make notes to my concerns about the brakes before I left town so file is documented for later on. They did have notes and did know about the concern reported 3 days after initial repair. Son brings car home from Arizona several months later.....bring car in......they say Rotors warped but tough s^&*. No warranty .(3 days!!!!) They wanted over $1,100 AGAIN to replace rotors that they installed less than a year ago. They said, " come get car, keys under matt". Prior to this experience, I liked bringing car there as it is family owned and close to my work. Unable to discuss situation on phone as they didn't ever answer and relied on texts only. Closed mid day when went there to talk about it. Like I said, Mind Blowing!

After I drove off, not even a mile down the road the hood flew up and hit my windshield. I called the shop and the receptionist tried to deny any accountability on it. Had it happened a day later, I would have thought that was little weird. Had it happened a week later, I wouldn't have thought anything of it but, it happened 2 minutes after leaving the shop. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She showed no empathy for what had happened and made it seem like I was being ridiculous for asking them to work with us. The reason this is a 3-star review instead of a 1-star review is because the owner eventually stepped in and removed the receptionist from the process. He worked with us to make it right and they did a good job fixing the hood and the latch. Hopefully the receptionist is retrained and not enabled to treat other people like she treated me. It's completely unacceptable for an adult to behave like that.

I paid over $450 to assess why my air wasn't cooling at a expected rate Ex: 20 minutes to just become slightly cooler & then barely cool once it finally gets there. This did not include dyes to check for leaks, this didn't add refrigerant (apparently was pretty under utilized for a 2015 car, which may be a clue in itself since I've never had this serviced), this didn't charge fans, this didn't change filters, fluids, this was strictly a "diagnostic" fee. The next step was to add dyes and maybe check into the condenser & compressor .. which wasn't made clear if that had been assessed for performance or not. I don't know what that would have cost! I didn't get further communication on this. My air is still not performing or improved, as I'd hope and I'm out near $500. I've been going to this place over the last 6 years for here and there services. I've mostly been fine with those minor services but the price is definitely steeper than others in the area. I didn't mind because as the reviews would show - they don't press and harass you to do more .. and I figured they likely have an edge in quality based on reviews (I do lack experience with mechanics). Either way, I have tried numerous times to get my records from this business so that I could keep track of my oil changes and services, as well as to have in hand the record of the air conditioning diagnostics already performed ...so that I can actually fix the issue. As a neighbor to this business living just a few blocks away, I've always tried to support it. I stop 3-4 days a week for gas and snacks/caffeine. Today was the final straw. For the third time in less than a year I parked in a marked spot and was walking into the store when an employee stopped to tell me I couldn't park there. The first time I was told I was parked too close to their driveway. The second time I was in a spot for customer drop off. The third time, today, I was told the spot I parked in was saved for cars they were done working on. I pointed out that if they just marked spots I'd gladly park in them and the rocket scientist employee told me they had spaces marked with lines...you mean like the space I was parked in??? He pointed across the way to the customer drop off area, where I'd previously been chastised for parking. I said they needed spaces marked for store use or at least a "don't park here" for the reserved spots. He didn't want to hear it so I left. I'll be taking my business to 7/11 from now on, which is less convenient but where they appreciate business. Idk if they are any good at vehicle repair but they suck at customer service and I won't be back. They are overpriced on their drinks and smokes anyway, so I won't miss them or their nasty attitudes. Mark your reserved spaces and understand that a customer spending $10-$15 a day 3-4 times a week is a loss, especially since the problem is caused by your mechanics being grouchy and lazy.

Hyundai service basically wanted to replace the entire unit to the tune of about $4K. Asked Tim and Wayne of Saville's to have a look to see if they could figure it out. After determining system was fully charged and not leaking, they diagnosed that it was a bad blower resistor. After a run-around from the Hyundai dealer in getting the resistor, Wayne found another source for the part. They installed and the A/C has been working perfectly for the past month...and the bill was less than $1K! These guys have gotten an A+ from me in the past for not only their knowledge, but more importantly my trust in their work and guidance. They've never given me any indication that they're feeding me a line of BS or trying to upsell me, and they always keep me in the loop with anything they encounter. I was having a problem with oil pressure on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8L. I had replaced the…read moreoil pressure sensor myself some time ago, but I was again getting a check engine code about my oil pressure sensor. I took it to Auto Impressions and they replace the oil pressure sensor. about 2-4 weeks later the check engine code for the oil pressure sensor came back. I went and talked to Auto Impressions and we discussed several things that could be causing the code and possible solutions. As they were troubleshooting the issue, they discovered that the problem was the oil filters I was using. I was using a big name brand oil filter, the same brand that I used all my life on all my cars. It was restricting my oil flow. Auto Impressions replaced my oil filter with a Wix brand filter and my oil pressure went up 10-15 psi, back where it should be. Auto Impressions was diligent and honest, They could have tried several of the other measure we discussed to address my oil pressure issue. Instead, they paid attention to the details and found the root cause which turned out to be inexpensive. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Auto Impressions!!
