I live in Florida, and I have been up and down the East Coast for the past six weeks. A couple of weeks ago when I was in New Hampshire, my tire was almost-to-the-ground low and I used "fix a flat" on it. Was getting scared to keep driving on it, so my friend that lives in Round Hill suggested I go here. I read all the reviews last night, and I have to say that they are spot-on! Some of the nicest guys ever! The nice gentleman took the tire off, checked for leaks, couldn't find anything in the tire except an old plug, but it wasn't leaking. He made sure all the tires had air, and he didn't charge me anything! I spend a lot of time in Round Hill working several months a year. I drive a 17 year old Honda Element. I will definitely come to these guys with any mechanical issues that may arise in the future. THEY ARE AWESOME!! read more

Amazing customer service and, in my opinion, that's (almost) all it takes for a business to be perfect. They've helped me so much with a little problem that my car had the last couple days and always super courteous every time I came in or called. They even watched my kids while I ran in to Pay since my stroller didn't fit through the door!! Based on my experience I suggest you AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I took my car here for an annual inspection and it failed. They said the rack and pinion unit need replaced, the power steering feed line was leaking and needed replaced, and the power steering system need flushed. They gave me an estimate of $1,287. I took the car to Couls in Berryville (they used to be in Round Hill) and asked them to look at it. They said the power steering hose was fine and just needed to have the clamp tightened. They got out a screw driver, tightened the clamp and the problem was fixed. They said a rubber boot on the rack and pinion was cracked and leaking. The boot needed replaced but the unit (which was $549 on the Round Hill Exxon estimate) was fine. They gave me an estimate to repair of $277. I had the car repaired by Couls and saved $1,000!!!!!. Couls does not do inspections and I was nervous about taking it back to Round Hill Exxon. I took it to another garage for inspection and it passed with no problems. Just got back from driving to New Jersey and the car is fine. If you do go to Round Hill Exxon I suggest you get a second estimate before letting them work on your car. read more
