Despite making an appointment and flying in specifically to take care of a vehicle I purchased in Florida (where I live most of the year), the DMV gave me a hard time and told me to come back some other time - it was a total nightmare. Luckily, I found Mildred at JDK Title Services. She handled everything instantly and professionally, making the process quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend going to JDK and paying a couple of extra dollars to avoid dealing with all the DMV headaches!:)

As I walked in the facility the greeting set the tone, it was very friendly. My wait time was under 2 minutes on all three occasions, and the clerks I interacted with (Chris and Carol) were professional, friendly, and accommodating to all of my title / tag needs. If I were able to speak directly to the office manager, I would tell that person one thing. Whatever you are doing in the New Smyrna beach office, bottle it and distribute it to all of the other tag / title county offices. For the other offices I have visited in Volusia County (haven't been in them all mind you) if you can't run with the big dogs, you better stay on the porch. New Smyrna beach office is the Big Dog.
