Came in for car registration renewal signed in on the computer. Service was good fast. Received a text on even a few minutes after I signed in was called up to the service desk. The people service are great values. Great no issues had all my documentation was able to get my registration and no time paid. I was out the door. This especially convenient private tag office is open on Saturday and can print titles on the fly and worth considering even though they're often super busy and parking here can be hair raising. ...good luck with the tag office only taking appointments these days, been there, done that. At least as of now here, they're taking online appointments and walk-ins. Been coming here for years and years and while customer service's hit or miss though usually good, it's almost always better than the proper Volusia County Tag and Title office over on Enterprise. Or err, at least they seem to give you less of a hard time or buggery with the title work. read more

They have a sign in kiosk and it doesn't work. How do I go from 6 people in front of you 13 minutes to 5 people 69 minutes and they skip people and some people they say your up next and they call someone else. They pick and choose who they know or want or what's easiest for them to do. Not worth coming here. They don't even have the "now serving" number up or the tv's just tells you how their system is rigged. After waiting 53 minutes I just walked up to the next window and she asked did I sign in. Showed her my text All my cars but the Toyota was renewed and she wastes time by printing out all of them and asked me to check which I was renewing. All 3 representatives had full blown non tag related conversations with a lobby full of people .. standing room only. Waited 45 min to pay for registration. The reps are slow, stepping away from station to bs and all are curt and just plain ghetto. Then when it's my turn the app says go to window 3 and window 3 is still occupied so I waited then app says since I did not go to window 3 they've given away my spot. So I go to window to ask and rep rudely says you have to wait .. obviously. Unfortunately it's this way every time I've been here. Finally got to window 3 and still waited @ least 10 more before saying what can I help you with. Then still have to return on Monday to pick up registration because they're out of yellow stickers for plates. Customer service is dead. read more

I was very happy with the service from the representative at window #4 today 1/3/23. I didn't get her name. she was very friendly, thorough and professional. We are always quick to complain, but I am happy to write how please I was. It was a long wait, but much less than other facilities. It comes down to funding for personnel I'm sure and that has nothing to do with the personnel at the desk. Thank you so much. read more

SCAM ALERT!!!! ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE LIES!!!! Not same day results you have to come in next day to pick up your sticker, they charge an extra fee of $8.00, they only take cash and debit and I didn't find out all this until I had sat for an hour. Understaffed ,with only 2 there & bldg full 30 minutes before closing 1 stopped to eat a sandwich! Door says close at 5pm but turned people away at 4pm saying don't serve anyone coming in after 4pm . Not rude but very non customer service oriented! Need better training. read more

Quick and convenient. The money you save driving up to orange city is used up in gas and time, might as well stay close to home.
