    1 Star - Completely Misleading & Disorganized…read more This was by far the worst experience I've had with a rental company. After my accident, I was already dealing with enough stress, and this location made everything worse. Frankie told me the coverage would be $70 total, no matter how long I needed the car. I then had a 20-minute conversation with James, who broke everything down and told me the total would be $101. Based on that, I agreed to move forward. Now I wake up to three completely different charges on my account. When I called, Juan told me the coverage is now $12.99 PER DAY, which has already pushed my total to over $200, plus a deposit fee that was never disclosed to me. At this point, it's clear there is zero communication between staff -- the left hand truly does not know what the right hand is doing. Every single person gave me a different answer, and none of it matched what I was actually charged. When I brought it up, Juan casually told me I could "just cancel if I want." That's not a solution -- that's avoiding responsibility. This location is misleading, disorganized, and completely lacks transparency. I would not recommend renting from here unless you're okay being told one price and charged something entirely different.

    I've been coming to this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location for years, and unfortunately, one thing…read morenever changes: it is chronically understaffed. There is almost always a line, always people waiting, and always a sense that the location is stretched far thinner than it should be. That said, there is one major saving grace--and that is Seif, the branch manager. Seif is the reason this review isn't a one-star. Watching him work is honestly impressive. He manages a limited staff, maximizes efficiency however he can, treats every customer with respect, and stays calm and professional even when people are understandably frustrated. He listens, he communicates, and he genuinely tries to make things right. He is an absolute asset to this location and, quite frankly, the only reason I continue to rent here. Now for the downside: the cars. I was initially given a Nissan Rogue that seemed fine at first, but issues quickly became apparent. Once I hit speeds over 50 mph, the car started making concerning noises. The AC barely cooled unless it was set to 65 degrees. The passenger side was dirty, and worse, there was a prescription pill left behind--which is incredibly alarming, especially if a child or pet had been in the vehicle. To top it off, there was a very strong weed smell, so strong that I had to roll the windows down to tolerate it. I called Seif, and to his credit, he immediately worked to get me into a more modern Nissan Rogue. While this vehicle was an improvement mechanically, it still had a dirty passenger side (which Seif noted and addressed right away), and there was no windshield wiper fluid in the car. So why is this review a "would maybe recommend" instead of a flat-out no? One word: Seif. I watched him do the absolute best he could with what he was given, and it was clear he genuinely cares about customer experience despite the obstacles. Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have him. If he ever leaves this branch, they should brace themselves for a flood of one-star reviews--because without him, this location simply wouldn't function. Enterprise corporate really needs to step up staffing and vehicle quality here. Until then, Seif is carrying this location on his shoulders and Enterprise should be thanking their lucky stars he's there.

Well they don't answer the phone on these numbers to confirm a vehicle or the original concern of a change in vehicle from a Jeep Grand Cherokee L to a Ford Expedition. In the picture booking confirmation from 10/05/2025 for a 12/20/2025 pick up booked through Costco. Both emails below for reference. When you show up there is an inconsiderate, 'manager' who can barely manage his own life. He was rude to the point, where you felt bad because you know he just had a very hard life. They did not have a car on the lot for our reservation, so they yelled at me, for showing up 2 hours early.... Then they 'refused service for me,' cursed at me, continued to insult me for no reason and cancelled my reservation. I booked at Enterprise. The reason I am posting since my December trip, well I am heading back to the area and almost made another reservation and then I realized I didn't leave a review. It was way more expensive, but you get what you pay for, so I am booking at Enterprise again and again.... I only hope the corporate office sets standards or that Judy's Truck Rental owned or managed by JUDITH and Keith KADEN out of Royal Palm Beach realize the quality of employee / manager they have and work on customer service....

The reservation was confirmed and followed up with another confirmation the morning of the rental. I waited 35 minutes to be told SORRY there are no cargo vans or anything available. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. I went to Uhaul and they were able to assist. So, how will I be handled in the future Budget Rental Car?
