Meanwhile I have a mechanic in holland who will LITERALLY let me drive my car until everything is fixed. It's nonsense. They fix stuff and d and j but they do rip you off. I say 1.5/5 or 2/10. Now I'm not blaming him for the problem persisting. This could be something else. Who knows? Cars have a lot of parts. I made the appointment for Tuesday July 28th and now its AUGUST 5th and he still hasn't touched it. It has been a month without my car. Don't take your car here unless you are prepared to be without your car for weeks and don't think making an appointment matters. He won't fix it until at least a week or two after.

My exhaust pipe was falling off and dragging under my car for a day or two, and when the…read moredragging/scraping was more than I could handle, I called these guys up. They said to bring my car right in, and within 5 minutes of arriving, they had my car in the shop. I had told the gentleman at the desk that I didn't get paid until the next day and wouldn't be able to afford any big fixes today. He understood and went to take a look at my car. There was no muffler, and the exhaust all the way up to the catalytic converter needed replacing, at over $400. He handed me the quote, and said that they removed the part of the exhaust that was dragging and put a bracket on what was left to keep it in place until repairs could be made. When I asked how much it cost for that much, he said 'absolutely nothing. We did it out of the kindness of our hearts." What began as a stressful morning turned into a Godsend. I will be returning to get my car repaired once I've got the money. I trust these guys and appreciate the kindness they showed me.

We have brought vehicles in for one thing and then told there is something else wrong and when bringing the vehicle back for that problem, he says that that diagnosis was incorrect and now it is a different and more expensive problem. They also will not warranty their work.
