Harry and crew earned my business. My first meeting was when I was visiting Omaha from Miami Beach. Difficult issue came up... I used another shop that I had used before several times ( who always claimed something major needed replaced and always ended up $1800 ). When they quoted me $1800 (again), they said it was for a worn out part - problem was it was something they were supposed to have fixed the last time. A friend gave me the name/number and I called Harry and met him. Firstly, he's got a great work manner. He explained what the issue was - gave options - had it done and covered and under $300. Then I got the surprise. Harry showed me each of the items that were supposed to have been replaced - the original parts were still there. No idea what the real issue was I still drive great distances, my base is now Omaha and Miami Beach, but I see to it that my cars visit Harry for exams. Many would find something so that repairs are needed. Harry, has found tiny things and just straightened no charge. I trust these people and I've sent others who have shared in my experience. The people at 2 Men And A Shop are fair, friendly, fast... Best in Omaha for repairs. I've driven their loaner cars while my van was being fixed. Perfect. So screw the net trolls. Christian B.

It was smooth sailing until I got about 50 miles from Omaha after putting in over 400 miles from Toledo, while all of a sudden I couldn't go more than 50mph on the flats and 35 on the hills and it started running really rough. I pulled over to let the rig rest for a bit and tried again with the same issue. Was thinking bad gas or something up with the tranny but was able to "limp" the rest of the way and arrived at my destination for the next few days. Didn't want to make the rest of the trip in that condition so I checked my Van Alert app and found ACE... so glad I did! I was amazed that Mike and his team made me and my bus a priority to get us back running on the road again over his other customers... apparently that's a policy of theirs that I haven't seen before at any other shop! Pete took it for a test drive and correctly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty O2 sensor and we were back on the road again before the end of the day! Thanks also to August who greeted me and got the ball rolling and Hope was helpful as well.
