I called a couple of places in Bellevue, but they could not get me in for over a week, and I got quotes like $600.00 to do the install. I almost did not call Brad's because they were in Seattle, plus they typically work on Mustang's and Corvette's. And I have a Durango. I called them, they said we will call you back , usually we don't work on Dodge. Shortly after they did call back, asked how soon I wanted it done, and said bring it on over now. It took them 1hour. Charged $300. When it was up on the lift , everything looked great, and sounds much better than my factory performance exhaust.

The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I also recognize I shouldn't drop my car off if I'm on a time crunch and everything is an estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

We contacted a number of businesses on Yelp for quotes, and Shaq had the best price and timeframe. We dropped the flares off the same week. He contacted us shortly after that they found a defect in one of the flares; they offered to fix it, but the flare company decided they'd send out a new one instead. Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to house the flares until the new one arrived. Within a week, they were ready for pickup and looked great! We really appreciated the attention to detail the employees showed, the quick turn around, and Shaq's positive personality. I'd use their services again!

Gregg was really great listening to what I wanted addressed in the vehicle (there was a tough stain on the headliner that I was unsuccessful in cleaning). When I picked up the vehicle it looked amazing. The engine bay was immaculate. The headlights were fully restored. And the interior of the car is free of stains and looks brand new! The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

1/5 - AVOID SEATTLE AUTO PRO AT ALL COSTS…read more This was one of the worst auto repair experiences I've ever had. I took my Lexus to Seattle Auto Pro to fix several cylinder misfires. I came prepared and even brought all 6 spark plugs myself. They inspected the car and then upsold me, telling me I also needed 6 ignition coils from them. I trusted them and agreed to the work. They kept my car from Friday to Monday, then texted me saying the misfires were fixed. Cool. I paid and picked it up thinking the nightmare was over. It wasn't. On the drive home on the freeway, my car started misfiring worse than before. The whole car was shaking uncontrollably and it smelled strongly of unburnt gas. This was honestly scary and felt dangerous. I barely made it home and parked it. When I called the shop to tell them what happened, one of their mechanics, Favian, told me the problem was now the O2 sensor and that I needed to buy one and bring the car back the next day. That made zero sense to me, and at that point I had lost all trust in them. Before taking it anywhere else, I scanned my car. When I originally brought it to Seattle Auto Pro, my Topdon scanner showed 5 trouble codes. After picking it up from them and having it run WAY worse, it now showed 21 codes. That alone tells you how badly they messed things up. I refused to bring it back to Seattle Auto Pro and instead had it towed to another shop I had prior experience with. They diagnosed and fixed the car the same day. They did not upsell me. They told me the O2 sensor had absolutely nothing to do with how the car was running. The real problem? A broken spark plug inside the cylinder -- which is insane considering Seattle Auto Pro had just "replaced" my spark plugs. The second shop was genuinely shocked at the condition my car was in after Seattle Auto Pro worked on it. They fixed it properly, charged me way less, and even gave me a warranty on their work. Seattle Auto Pro gave me a bigger bill and a car that was worse than when I brought it in. This could have been catastrophic for my engine if I had continued driving it or followed their advice and kept throwing random parts at it. Bottom line: Seattle Auto Pro either doesn't know how to properly diagnose cars or doesn't care. They upsell parts, misdiagnose problems, and send you off with an unsafe vehicle. Never, ever take your car here. I will never go back. F*** Favian!
