(Can't have a hole in my living room overnight.) What impressed me is the quality of work. The wood was cut straight, caulking was neat, he cleaned up every night and did not spill any paint. When replacing the door he bought good quality locks instead of the cheapest ones. He also took care of the permits and the dealings with the inspector, which was a huge help.
