Was the told by Chris that the cars are AS IS, regardless of how they are represented, and I was aware of the accident history. AS-IS I understand , but you cannot mis-represent what is being sold to a customer. The vehicle was also not PRICED to represent 2 accident and a void Volkswagen warranty. I was told it only had 7000 miles, so it would be under warranty. Complaints have been made to BBB, Georgia motor vehicle and the state. I have all documents and proof if anyone needs to see to make their decision whether to use this company. I suggest NOT.

The tire pressure was low and the tire pressure icon was coming on and blinking and they didn't check the tire pressure like I had asked them to do. Never go inside and sign papers and give them a check, before you go out and inspect the putrid stinky nasty car. So how the car 4 days and it started choking and I was in traffic three lanes of traffic in Suwanee and it kept choking and choking and I barely made it back to the hotel. So I had to take the car to a shop get it checked out and get it fixed It cost $467. I told them that because of the horrible service that they gave me, if they would pay for the repair I would call it even and I wouldn't report them on here but they said nope we don't do that. So I had to file a claim and pay $100 deductible to get that repair covered. Because they give you a 30-day warranty. I know there's more I just can't remember what it is but I have PTSD from going to that place. Steer clear of this place.

He asked for a cash payment which wasn't made clear over the phone to bring and then stated that the asking price for the vehicle was firm and non negotiable keep in mind the particular vehicle had severely been damaged in a previous accident and was outdated by 5 years being it was a 2014. It seems they only wanted a quick buck here! I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. They even went so far as to say the term could only be a 24 month finance term and refused to help us find common ground and make things work out. In the end we walked out without making a purchase.
