Perhaps you think that this matter is resolved because I'm not standing in front of you but it's not. I wasn't asking that you move my January car payment to the end of my loan. I specifically said that auto gallery needs to take care of the January payment on my behalf because I missed an entire day of pay driving over an hour to your dealership AFTER the department of motor vehicle REFUSED to give me tags for the 2007 Honda Accord because their records showed a failed emissions test that you're dealership knew about when you sold me the car. When I called the dealership that same day Laura hung up on me, which left me no choice but to leave work and drive over an hour to your dealership. When I arrived you and/or Carlos agreed to cover the cost of the gas that I used driving there. So as for the gas it needs to be reimbursed. Especially since you told me the other day that the gas certificate was already in the mail. I'm starting to see a lack of integrity all around. Furthermore, there were two occasions that my car was turned off ALTHOUGH MY PAYMENTS WERE PAID ON TIME. Not to mention the many other inconveniences since I bought this 2007 Honda Accord i.e. driving around for an entire month with a test drive tag on my car because you were unable to get a temporary tag for my car. We purchased a 2017 15 passenger van today for our church however there was no jack handle no one knows where it's located spent extra hour waiting for it. Then we were lied to about cleaning the van they said the person that clean the cars up was off today. but i own a car wash you can go there we are out of town customer. Then they finally found the jack handle storage port when they open it ROACHES went all over the van and ground the lady was laughing with the other sale person about the condition so i drove off very disappointed with a dirty roached van bad decision for buying there. read more

Contacted dealer ahead of time being that I lived an hour away from dealership and applied prior to arriving. Salesman named Ola assured me of approval and vehicle availability. Once I arrived the next day I had no approval and was not allowed to even test drive the vehicle or see the interior. Felt that was not professional to waste my time when I specifically mentioned I lived an hour away. On 8/13 I purchased a 1998 Infiniti i30 from Gabriel Galeano at Auto Gallery, 591 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville GA 30045, the car showed no codes and I was assured by Mr. Galeano that the care had passed emissions. On 8/28 the cars check engine light came on, reporting P0138 and P0139 codes. These are codes related to exhaust and are many times associated with a bad catalytic converters, not something that would go bad between the date of purchase on August 13th and 15 days later on August 28th. I immediately suspected that the "codes had been cleared" by Auto Gallery and on 8/30 we returned to Auto Gallery and met with Gabriel and Joe (Auto Gallery maintenance manager). Joe agreed to fix the issue and I was told that he installed an O2 sensor. This did not fix the problem, on September the 5th the codes returned. I've made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with Auto Gallery and have been told that I'm on my own. I'm left no other option than to insure that others are aware of the practices at this business. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT "AUTO GALLERY". I've reported them to the BBB, Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles (Inspection Fraud) and to Georgia Government Department of Consumer Fraud. read more

Now it has been over a month. Finally got the loaning after many phone calls. After a week I drove all the way back to the Lawerenceville location (after calling to make sure my car was fixed and ready) and show up to find that my car has not been fixed. This was on Saturday... They apologized and promised to deliver my car to me on Tuesday. After calling this morning to make sure they were coming, I just had to call again to be told that they will deliver it tomorrow. I am very unsatisfied, as I have already paid for my car in FULL, and have been waiting well over MONTH on these repairs after they promised it would take a WEEK. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. The car prices aren't good enough to make up for the awful customer service. read more

This place was horrible! We live out of state and bought a car from here and they never would send our documentation so that we could register our car. They are supposed to send the title to the local department of revenue and they never did they mailed it to our house after the 20 days were up that we had to register the vehicle. I would advise anyone think long and hard before purchasing anything from Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville Georgia. I did unfortunately and found them to be dishonest and deceitful. They do not service their vehicles as promised, or if they do it's done by a totally incompetent crew. The sales manager Carlos will tell you anything to get you to sign now, but beware, he does NOT tell the truth! Auto Gallery will NOT stand behind anything they sell, even if they say they will. Auto Gallery will NOT take your vehicle back in trade to upgrade, and pay your loan off after 6 months or one year of ontime payments, as Carlos states they will, Auto Gallery will NOT "have your back" as they say they will the minute you pull of the lot! Don't just take my word for it. Look them up online other than the websites they control. They have been fined by the Governors Office of Consumer Affairs for false advertising. They have numerous complaints for vehicles that have check engine lights appear shortly after purchase, and on and on. These aren't just random complaints there is a pattern. I'm sorry I did business there, and am taking them to Court as we speak. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away, far far away from these people! I wish I could give 0 stars! Purchased a vehicle about 6 yrs ago from Auto Gallery in Gainesville. Had a decent experience. Recently in need of a car and saw one online at the Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville. Went there to test drive the vehicle. Sales guy, Erick, met me outside and proceeded to tell me he wanted to be honest about the fact that the vehicle has a salvage title due to minor accident that opened airbag. He was "unsure" which airbag opened. WHAT??? You are selling the car and don't know? Interesting! First hint this was probably not going to be a good situation for me but, curiosity had me at this point. When I asked if I could test drive, he said no problem, we walked inside for a photocopy of my drivers license. Atmosphere was NOT friendly. Walked in the building two sales ladies standing in the doorway, I spoke and they looked at me as if I had crawled out of a hole. Not a word out of their mouth to me! In fact, they started a conversation in Spanish, as if there were not any customers in the office area. Second hint this was not going to end well! THEN, Erick proceeded to start an application. WHAT? I want to test drive the vehicle, and be sure that my insurance company will insure a salvaged title. So, I asked if he could print the Carfax. "Oh, well, I have had problems trying this today, something with their system" WHAT??? Guess I must have appeared to be a 12 yr old to him. Third hint, this was just amusing to me by now! He immediately said he would check to see if someone else could print the Carfax for me. Interestingly, he didn't walk 3 steps to one of the ladies talking and now sitting at desk(s) to ask them to "print". Instead, he went to someone at a desk, out of my view, (I gather his "manager" ), to see if "he" could print the Carfax. Their conversation turned to a Spanish conversation of how I wouldn't allow him to start the application, amongst other things. Fourth sign, I am literally stunned at this point! Guess he didn't know I understood Spanish. SMH.. He came back with the lie of "can't print because maybe so many people are trying to connect to Carfax" I wanted to laugh but had drank too much water before I arrived and didn't want to wet my pants!" I got my license and he continued to "attempt pressuring" me to complete an application for "pre approval" (the manager insisted on this in Spanish). When I politely told him I would not, wanted to test drive and ensure my insurance company would insure if I purchased. His response, "we don't like to add miles to vehicles without knowing if the customer will purchase." And, oh, "If, my insurance company wouldn't insure, he had someone that would. He actually said, "Just call them now, you can check your insurance company now!" NOT. I wouldn't call anyone for anything for this place. I hope all potential customers are cautious of purchasing anything from them. I found the car I wanted the next day, a better car, less miles and wouldn't you know, free Carfax waiting for me "after" my test drive without completing an application for approval. read more
