Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase at EchoPark. Elijah served as my salesperson and…read moreprovided excellent service. However, a problem arose shortly afterward. Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

Fast forward a few months and we recently went back to Echo Park. Set up an appointment online for between 7 and 8. Got to Echo at around 7:30 and were told to sit in the waiting area. There were a lot of other people also waiting. My husband and I sat there until around 8:45, watching as employees looked frazzled and like no one had any clue what was going on. I finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer? Guy at the desk says they tried to call me multiple times on my phone (why? I'm sitting just a few feet away) which was a lie, I had no missed calls. I'm then told someone will be there right away. We wait for another 15ish mins and then leave. While I do appreciate Amber following up by text and answering my questions, Duluth is a long trek for us to go test drive a car only to sit around with no updates, no "we're busy, we'll be with you soon," nothing. Seems like this location has a management problem and maybe needs to hire more employees? Once we got the details about the car we were interested in, including an out the door price, it wasn't such a great deal after all. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my next car and cannot in good faith recommend shopping at Echo Park.

I made a repair appointment and wanted a loaner so I can get to work. They wanted to re-schedule me for a week out, and when i asked if I would get a loaner vehicle the lady said "no guarantee". Then I asked to be schedule for when a loaner would be available. The lady said this time "there are no loaner vehicles". Then she said "take the car to the dealership you purchased from." My friend who works at Kia told me not to visit Rick Case for service-related issues. He was right. But now that I have a first-hand experience with the type of service they provide. Mrs. Rita Case (owner), your dealership should do better. I will NOT be purchasing another Rick Case vehicle. I bought 5-6 cars from the Rick Case Kia just next door to this Rick Case Hyundai a couple of years ago. Well... NO MORE. I immediately called Auto Nation Hyundai (Buford, GA), it took one minute for them to schedule me WITH A LOANER CAR. Take your service appointments there. They seem to want ALL business, not just ones that are $$$.

I was a bit apprehensive to contact the lot because I had no warranty. I contacted my salesman, Hasan who advised me to speak with his manager, AJ. After talking with AJ he told me to bring the car in. I brought my car in on Thursday , I guess I should mention that I live over 3 hours away from Duluth GA. The guys resolved the issue and had two new tires placed on my car. I would definitely say if you see something on the lot, go ahead make the purchase. Do not hesitate to buy from them. I've seen some less favorable reviews but if you are having and issue after you purchase just be nice and talk with them. In my humble opinion AJ is a stand up guy who kept his words and took care of me. So please go see the guys at Gravity, if you see something you like which I am sure you will please by all means get it without hesitation! This is a honest review. Thanks again AJ!!!

I paid for multiple cars and do not have the cars nor a refund. I also have another car that I can legally drive because they have not completed the paperwork in OVER a year to have it registered. They have also produced falsified documents misrepresenting purchase dates, amounts & seller. There are three individuals inside the dealership selling used cars on the side, misleading you into thinking you are buying from the dealership when you are not. I have paid THOUSANDS for maintenance work that was NOT completed and/or incorrectly performed, leading to more issues and me having to pay for the work to be performed elsewhere so I am out double money. I have been given loaner cars with tags that were switched from another car, causing legal trouble for me and my kids because the police automatically assumed we did it. We have received numerous multiple traffic violations due to bad dealer tags and illegal tags which we are having to fight in court because of Gravity Autos & they are not taking accountability for these actions. I have left TONS of messages and texts and NOT ONE person is resolving this. Instead, when wrote a review, I was contacted by an employee and was told that corporate wanted him to get me to take down my review. Now my calls are being ignored. I plan on exploring all avenues to the highest of my ability to escalate because this is beyond a consumer dispute. This is FRAUD!

My vehicle required significant work, including an engine replacement along with important preventative maintenance. The team approached everything with transparency, careful documentation, and strong communication from start to finish -- exactly what every vehicle owner hopes for when dealing with major repairs. Service Manager Joshua and Service Advisor Lamont demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the process. They took the time to explain recommendations, ensured the work was completed properly, and helped manage the overall cost responsibly. There was never any pressure -- just straightforward guidance focused on keeping the vehicle safe and reliable for the long term. I also appreciate how the dealership emphasizes proper maintenance and customer support rather than quick fixes. That mindset builds real trust and is the reason I will continue relying on dealership service for the health and longevity of my vehicle. If you are someone who values certified technicians, thorough service records, and a team that stands behind their work, Rick Case Kia in Duluth is an excellent choice.

Finally Victor was assigned to me and it was roller-coaster ride, they never offered me a loaner car, kept saying they would send the information to get on the waiting list never received it. If that was the case it should have been included in the repair total as my car had been vandalized and that's the reason for the repairs. I asked Victor did they take pictures when my car arrived he said they may have taken some pictures I asked if he would send them to me, never received them. Either the car was damaged while at Rick Case Service center and they don't want to take responsibility for it, or it was delivered that way and if so it should have been repaired with all the other repairs. headlight repaired. I took pictures before leaving Rick Case, and another issue, Rick Case didn't fix my door handle Victor said the Insurance wouldn't cover it, how they refuse to fix something a thief damaged breaking in my car, so now am driving my car with a broke door handle. It wasn't like that before my car was stolen and it should have been repaired with the other items that were repaired. I had one door key/clicker before my car was damaged, after Rick Case did the repairs I have 2 clickers, one to unlock the door and other to start the car, Rick Case failed to program one key to unlock the door and start the car, and left me with carrying 2 big clickers/keys, the craziest thing ever. Rick Case did a sloppy job repairing my car and I will never use their service center again never. My total repair bill was over $5000, and this the results I get. Very unsatisfied customer. Not happy with the service I received at all....I will attach pictures when I picked up my car, the busted headlight, and door handle, am not sure how they feel satisfied giving a customer their car in that condition, my guess they didn't care and don't take pride in their work.
