It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. As I said at the beginning, I have gone to this car wash for years now and I have never had a single issue. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick yet thorough wash on their investment.

They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service.

I still had to wipe the car down and not all the bugs came off hood or window. Vacuumed yourself, and they provide towels. They also give you a wet wipe for dash. We waited over an hour and a half for them to finish. Once they finished they had missed wiping down alot and left obvious dirty spots and didnt even wipe stereo off which was left dusty.
