Peobably the worst car washed I have been too. We just got a basic package where they vacuum,wash the car and was it, then wipe down the inside. We waited over an hour and a half for them to finish. Once they finished they had missed wiping down alot and left obvious dirty spots and didnt even wipe stereo off which was left dusty. Then you are suppose to get a smell good for the car and they had never have us that either. Our experience here was very bad and I will not take my car here again for it was a waste of my money. read more

The worst attempt at a detail ever. Didn't even wipe down the entire inside. windows still smudged and dirty. Dirt and debris in console, cupholders, glovebox etc. Mats were never cleaned. white residue on carpets after they dried. storage compartments in back were never cleaned. carpets still dirty. I would not recommend this place. I went there today and there is still food all over the seats and on the floor. I paid fifty two dollars for them to clean it. There are finger prints all over the doors where it was armor alled and the cupholders and that area have crumbs all over it. They do NOT do a good job. I am very disappointed. Someone named Madison was very nice but I have never had fingerprints all over the door like this. I do not want to return after this. I used to really like this place. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was at this location today (11/3/23) around 12:30 for a carwash. I got home to find numerous scratches along the passenger side And drivers side of my BLACK truck. Fairly significant paint damage. When I called them the manager on duty was very short with me and became defensive saying there is nothing in the wash that would have cause it. She further advised IF she had time she would look at the cameras later today. NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION!! You guys will be hearing from my attorney! read more

Disappointing. Paid over $100 for an interior detailing. I didn't expect a brand new car, but the armour-all was spotty and uneven, there are still crumbs/dust everywhere and the seats aren't completely clean. I'll mark this to a lesson learned. read more

Terrible job today. Got the no. 1 special. Hardly no vacuuming done. Floors and mats were still dirty with food and hair. Grease on outside back panels. Did not vacuum the seats. We work hard for our money just like they do, so do a good job where your proud of your work . Today was not that day. When called to complain. Management informed me they don't vacuum seats are under seats or raise middle console and vacuum. They will vacuum seats for extras 10$. I already paid 48.00 and that's no air freshner. Paid for the #1 cleaning that runs about $45. The person who did the actual cleaning of my truck did a good job but it was whom ever did the vacuuming did a really crappy job. There was dirt around the passenger front seat and the dog hair and sand in the back. With the cost of services I expected a good job. Not going back again. I usually come here for years , but it has changed a bit lately. Today I brought my car in to be washed inside and out . Only four people are working here today and that includes the cashier. This happened last time too but I thought it was a fluke. I can tell i will be here awhile today. This is a poor management issue . Overall OK job. Paid around $50.00 with tip. Notice passenger seat only had a smidgen of mud on the seat part from dog's paws. Went in to ask female manager/cashier just to have this wiped down with a damp cloth. With a scowl on her face and curt answer stated this was detail work and is not covered. That was it as far as she was concerned. Went to van, got some paper napkins, wet them in water puddle in driveway and wiped seat clean. Returned into store to let her know I had taken care of issue and told her I would never return again. Her reply "that was OK with her". She has no customer finesse and is in the wrong position. On prior visit top of van was dirty. They stated they did not clean tops of vans and would not clean this one. Should of never returned this trip. Learned my lesson. Will definitely go to a different one next time. There is an old saying "Good job share with one person, bad job share with ten or more". Have shared with all who read reviews. read more

This place does good work. I give it 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1 the employees were moving a little slow. Now today I wasn't in a rush or anything but god forbid I was. When I say slow I mean slow, and I understand somewhat but come on now. Also the wash itself was $20 for full service which is a little pricey for someone like myself who gets a carwash every week. Not the first time we've been here, but definitely the last. We spent $40 to get the van detailed. They only seemed to wash the top 2/3 as the bottom was still very dirty. Inside detailing was a joke. Streaks on the glass, a simple vacuuming and they were done. There was still dirt under and between the seats, in the cupholders, and in the door tracks. Auto Brite? HO.LY.CRAP. This place is incredible! The building/parking lot/inside is a bit alarming at first glance but LET ME TELL YOU! My car wasn't this clean after I bought it brand new off the lot! We were there for a solid hour, but it was so worth it! We got the #1 where they wipe everything down and armorall everything and boy was my car blinginnnn! 100% would go back. I asked about monthly plans and they said they're working on getting them, hopefully in the next couple of weeks! Fingers crossed because I will be the first in line for one of those babies!!! Service has always been friendly, we get our inspection here every year and the techs are seriously so nice and speedy! My main complaint is the vacuum doesn't get the crevices and while my car does look better it's not some amazing clean. It seems very rushed and as a mom of small crumb dropping mess making heathens i don't recommend this place for anything other than a cheap car wash or a state inspection. Let me say first that I usually detail / wash my own cars but on occasion when I'm feeling lazy I take my cars to auto brite because it's 5 minutes from my home. The prices are comparable to other full service car washes. The quality of the wash / detail is just ok. After your car is quickly vacuumed out its run through a automatic wash then the cars are hand dried and armor all is applied. Nothing great about this place and nothing really bad either. If you want a really good detail and wash do it yourself or go to a hand wash detailer for more money. read more
