These days the best you can hope for is somebody who can fake it really good and that's if your lucky. Well yesterday I experienced something I haven't experienced in years. A man named john answered the phone and answered all my questions in detail. Which saved me alot of gas money from having to drive to multiple different stores. He was actually enthusiastic and when I say that I mean genuine enthusiasm. Not that follow protocol and fake your enthusiasm type deal you see now a days and that's if your lucky but actual genuine enthusiasm you only see once every 1 million stores you visit these days. He helped me get everything I needed. I was tempted just to stay there in the store and buy a bunch of things I didn't need because it felt very nostalgic seeing somebody who actually cares about there job especially now a days.
