Been here quite a few times without any issues until today! Went in alone and spent probably 15 minutes looking at parts and tools. Not once was asked if I needed any help. Meanwhile 4 employees were standing at the front, where they could see me, talking loudly and inappropriately. One referred to a woman they were speaking about as a b*tch. Made me extremely uncomfortable so I quickly left without getting everything I needed. read more

I bought a gallon of engine oil that wasn't properly closed the seal wasn't broken so I couldn't tell anything was wrong until it was too late. placed it in the trunk of my car and after a 10 to 15 min drive i got home to see most of the oil spilled out of the bottle and flooded my entire trunk carpet including the air pump and bass box below the trunk cover. Took pictures and immediately started cleaning to try to save the electronics will need to remove the bass and other trim bits to get it fully detailed and hopefully get most of the oil out of the carpet. Autozone employees were confused what to do about my situation so they just gave me another broken bottle didn't even want to look at the pictures and refused to pay for any cleaning fees. read more

Not sure what the deal is here. They always have stuff in stock which is a plus. Customer service wise, the men are by far more friendly than the women; as a woman that's pretty annoying. My advice to management, hire individuals who want to be there and want to help customers. If you know what you want and need, this location is good. Avoid this location. Nancy behind the parts counter is a totoally rude person. She refused to help after i stood in line at the parts counter. She would onky take people that were checking out and would not look up any parts. I've never had a goid experience at this location but with the amount of other part stores in the area i will not be coming here anynore. read more

The 2 females in this store, Latisha and Shirley (the Asst. Mgr.), have got to be the most inept employees I've ever seen in a store! There were 3 people in line when I walked in. And then one at each counter. By the time I left, in disgust, Latisha was still working with the original customer in front of her! She had to ask Shirley several times for help. When it finally became my turn, about 20 minutes after I walked in, I asked Shirley for the scraper to take off old city stickers. She directed me to aisle 2. She apparently doesn't know the store. Aisle 2 had rachets and automobile electrical stuff. NOT a scraper to be had there. When I wanted to ask where else they could be, I was told I'd have to wait in line AGAIN! REALLY!?!?! I just walked out instead, telling them they were slower than molasses! And that's probably the I.Q. they have too, that of molasses. I got what I wanted at a different store all together.
