The situation I am still currently dealing with is a refund status that they claimed to process in full but really did not do so. I've asked for surveillance to be involved for proof but it just seems that I can not get in contact with anyone that can help me. We bought batteries and brought back the batteries for refund but the staff member told me to come back the next day remaining, to get the refund but the next day I came back they gave me a receipt with still no refund and claimed it was refunded. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS STILL HAS NOT BEEN PULLED UP FOR THIS MATTER. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER POCKETED THE MONEY AND NOT ONE OF THE STAFF OR SUPERVISORS ARE HELPFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF "BUSINESS".

I understand that some things cannot be returned like underwear and food and maybe there's some reason that car stuff cannot be returned that someone could of explained better to me. It usually says something about return within 30 days or something or that they don't do returns. I don't know if this something that happens every car part place anyways, but for now I don't plan to go back to this store because that was not cool. Their thorough and honest evaluation uncovered a long list of mechanical and cosmetic issues that the dealership failed to disclose -- and ultimately saved me from buying a ticking time bomb. They found replaced front fenders, bumper, and hood with overspray and missed paint areas, missing mud flaps, wheel center caps, and antenna, a broken mirror, and brake pads barely passing at 4/32. Even more concerning were leaking front axle seals, an upper oil pan leak with residue on the lower pan (which requires the engine to be pulled to repair), and two open recalls that hadn't been addressed. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me peace of mind and likely saved me thousands in future repairs.
