We bought batteries and brought back the batteries for refund but the staff member told me to come back the next day remaining, to get the refund but the next day I came back they gave me a receipt with still no refund and claimed it was refunded. I have returned numerous opened items to Walmart and such over the years. I understand that some things cannot be returned like underwear and food and maybe there's some reason that car stuff cannot be returned that someone could of explained better to me. I would of understood, but I'm really not feeling the "but you opened it!" thing. There is nothing on the receipt about returns. It usually says something about return within 30 days or something or that they don't do returns. I don't know if this something that happens every car part place anyways, but for now I don't plan to go back to this store because that was not cool. Saved Me from a Costly Mistake -- Highly Recommend!…read more I live out of state and was considering purchasing a 2021 Ford F-450 from a , so I hired Martin's Auto Tech to perform a pre-sales inspection. Their thorough and honest evaluation uncovered a long list of mechanical and cosmetic issues that the dealership failed to disclose -- and ultimately saved me from buying a ticking time bomb. They found replaced front fenders, bumper, and hood with overspray and missed paint areas, missing mud flaps, wheel center caps, and antenna, a broken mirror, and brake pads barely passing at 4/32. Even more concerning were leaking front axle seals, an upper oil pan leak with residue on the lower pan (which requires the engine to be pulled to repair), and two open recalls that hadn't been addressed. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me peace of mind and likely saved me thousands in future repairs. Instead of modifying the under body panel with a few cutouts as SHOULD have been done, they simply left it off. Took it back to Toyota of Southern MD when we noticed it missing and they called Trick Trucks who (thankfully) still had the panel. I went to pick up the panel and asked them why they left it off and they really had no answer. Never will have anything done by them again.
