They put my car on their Computer system TWICE! They charged me Twice for that too! Both times they came back with different issues! Can someone explain to me why they, if the system couldn't find the issue the first time, would put it back on the same system again? Could it be that 200+ charge they add to my bill? It's not doing ME any good but it sure does help them pay for that shiny new building! The car sits in the parking lot for days, When I call they put me on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on me, when they say they will call back they NEVER DO! I GAVE THIS DEALERSHIP ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO! If I could I would have rated this service center as sub par. I'll tell you what...........they saw this woman coming.

I've asked for surveillance to be involved for proof but it just seems that I can not get in contact with anyone that can help me. We bought batteries and brought back the batteries for refund but the staff member told me to come back the next day remaining, to get the refund but the next day I came back they gave me a receipt with still no refund and claimed it was refunded. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS STILL HAS NOT BEEN PULLED UP FOR THIS MATTER. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER POCKETED THE MONEY AND NOT ONE OF THE STAFF OR SUPERVISORS ARE HELPFUL! The fella said "but you opened it!". Now from my accounting classes from college we learned that a product can be returned as long as it's not damaged. I have returned numerous opened items to Walmart and such over the years. I understand that some things cannot be returned like underwear and food and maybe there's some reason that car stuff cannot be returned that someone could of explained better to me. I would of understood, but I'm really not feeling the "but you opened it!" thing. There is nothing on the receipt about returns. It usually says something about return within 30 days or something or that they don't do returns. I don't know if this something that happens every car part place anyways, but for now I don't plan to go back to this store because that was not cool. Instead of modifying the under body panel with a few cutouts as SHOULD have been done, they simply left it off. Took it back to Toyota of Southern MD when we noticed it missing and they called Trick Trucks who (thankfully) still had the panel. I went to pick up the panel and asked them why they left it off and they really had no answer. Never will have anything done by them again.
