This is my first time at this Autozone. The store is larger than I imagined. It's clean and…read moreorganized. They have almost everything you need for a self fix your car. My car died last night. Therefore, I needed to get new battery for my car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was informed by the staff that they will check my car before he can give me a quote. After the staff examined my car. He advised I can purchase the battery and get the installation for no charge. The reason I gave 5 stars because the staff performed well and beyond expectations. Regardless if it's raining hard and cold, the staff still changed my battery. After the battery was replaced, my car was still not up and running. The staff got help from Sandra and a senior Co-worker for an advice. Their team found my car needed to replace a battery cable connector and helped me replace it. I was appreciated them for their team work. I will definitely come back to ask for advice if needed. My words can not express enough how much I was appreciated it. You can come to see them when you need advice.

She asked her coworker I think his name was Jonathan to help me put em in my car (it was a struggle to take the lid off) and he found that I didn't even need them ! They just weren't plugged in( silly mechanics) so he helped me plug them in and even left the lid in a place where next time I could easily replace the lights myself. Thank you so much guys! I'll be back for other car needs for sure!

I had by far the WORST customer service in my life fro the Parts Manager Paul!!…read more I called on 12/26/17 and spoke with him about the battery I bought a couple years back,causing me a lot of problems and needing to get jumped every few months. He looked into and found a much stronger battery (that he even stated was recommended for my car) and verified it was in stock. He agreed I deserved a discount for all of my trouble and I felt satisfied. Fast forward to later in the day when I finally get jumped and arrive at the store. He starts ringing me up and the difference is MUCH MORE than what he stated over the phone. First he kept pressing on a button (with a condescending attitude) and kept repeating: see, it won't let me put the discount in. I THINK HE MUST HAVE THE ATTITUDE THAT WOMAN ARE IGNORANT AND DUMB TO THESE THINGS. Then he tells me that I'm charged a core fee because I'm not returning a battery. I said, I am returning a battery. He said, is there a battery in your car? I said no, because you just pulled it out and it's sitting right here, on the counter top! He said, exactly, so you don't have one in your car!! (I swear I'm not making this up. He then tells me I can either pay or he can put the old battery in my car. I decided to pay and deal with this issue later. He also proceeded to tell me that he really doesn't give a shit! And when I told him that I hope he has enough morals to install my battery correctly, his reply was: "That's just about the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my entire fucking life". VERBATIM I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE CEO OF AUTOZONE, Bill Rhodes, but have yet to get a reply. At this point, I have decided to file a complaint with the IL Attorney general and see what happens. I will update this review if I hear back and an effort for a resolution is made. I wouldn't have even given the 1 star, but I didn't see an option to rate lower.

Not to mention giving him a lesson when it comes to integrity so that he won't lie and say that he is the only person in the store when someone calls to raise awareness of a concern that they felt need the attention of his superior in regards to his actions ESPECIALLY when I just left the establishment and knew otherwise. But he got my brake light in for me so he gets a star for that.

I was pretty sticker shocked that I had to pay almost $50 for two bulbs and some grease, but worth every penny since the young man serviced it for me while I was in a bind. Saved me a ticket and was able to drive safely home.
