I've taken my car here in several occasions. Sometimes the service is great- which means the car is shining and spotless (inside and out.) otherwise the service leaves much to be desired (there will still be dirt on the floorboards, smears on the windows, or the cup holders aren't dusted, etc.) I've requested specific things during my wash and half the time they are never touched. The kids that wash the cars are nice but it's evident this is not the job they desire. That being said they are nice and friendly. For the inconsistent service I think the prices are a bit much. If I received top quality every time then I would find them reasonable. If even be inclined to get their monthly packages. There is indoor AC seating and outdoor under a large umbrella to sit at while you wait. This wash requires you to drive onto a track that one of the young men will guide you on. On my most recent stop this week I brought the car in for a deeper detail.... Which brought their review down to a 1. I specifically asked (and paid) that they pay extra attention to the wheels and tires. I had to ask them to go over them again and they still! we're not clean. They cleaned all my floor mats except the front passenger and the amount of dirt they left behind was ridiculous. I have attached photos I took after their wash and will not be going back. This was the final straw. $65 down the drain for absolutely nothing. Edit: I noticed getting back in my car this evening the roof wasn't touched. It is covered in a sheen of grime. My husband and I have both had the monthly subscription for quite some time today and have loved it. Today his car randomly went off the tracks and there was no guidance on what to do. Things started banging against his car and causing damage so he had to put his car in gear to get out because the machine wasnt stopping. Autobell claims when he did all that it made him responsible for any damages, not them. This is terrible customer service to know your product faulted and then blame the customer. I would be very wary of sending your car through there wash because they will blame you for their machines defect. read more

This place is a joke. No quality control. I have a relatively new car and they couldn't get it clean with the top tier package. Regular wear and tear. This was my second time going. They will be out of business soon. The car wash across the street has a line around the corner. Go there. read more

Worst car wash experience ever. My car got stuck when the wash didn't push me through the first time and then I was told to pull around and run it through again. All the young guys working apologized. The second time through All the lights and power shut off briefly while I was in there. After an hour there, for what should have been less than 10 minutes since there were no other cars there nor was it being detailed, I finally left. As soon as I pulled out and the sun hit my windshield I was unable to see. The glass looked 1000x worse than when I got there and I had to spend another half hour when I got home cleaning all the windows. The windshield WAS the only reason I went there in the first place, I could have paid $10 at gas station down the street and less time on my own cleaning all the glass when I got home. While recleaning all of my windows I realized that the rubber seal around the rear driver as well as rear passenger side doors were both damaged on each end that was not there before the car wash. I spent $39.99 + tax + generous cash tip for my car to be damaged and windshield far worse than when I got there. I will never return and have already filed a complaint for the damages. read more

Bad service from the employees crappy attitudes I paid for a full service wash. They charged me extra and they did not clean my car out and left my windshield disgusting and wouldn't give me a refund of the money they overcharged me and didn't tell me. I called customer service. I am still waiting for a callback. read more

Great service and fantastic wash! I was looking for a car wash with a service that will clean out the exterior of the car and I finally found it! It's a hidden gem- I didn't wait at all and the staff was friendly and more than happy to help! I would come back again! There is a seating area inside and outside while you wait as well as vending machines. read more

Didnt get any dirt off my car, vacuums aren't free to use even with purchase of wash. Would not return

Talked to the young man about what wash and clean package would get the bugs off of the front of my vehicle. I quoted me the most expensive one. I ended up going for the middle is the ground one at $24.99, he stated that he couldn't guarantee that it would get clean. I asked why not, so he pointed to the sealant coating. I'm no genius, but sealant coating usually makes it harder to get stuck on grime. When I was walking back to Autobell, another young guy went running to get my keys. As I walked up to the to front I noticed that the front end was nearly as bad as when I got there. I asked about it and the original young guy came out and asked what the problem was. I stated that there was still a nasty mess on the front (he is the one that decided he didn't need to wipe down the front of my vehicle. He said I needed to talk to the manager and walked off. Needless to say, this isn't the first time I've had issues with Autobell, but each time it's gotten better on the next visit. This is two poor showings in a row. They didn't get my normal tip, or any tip for that matter this time out. read more

I came into get a car wash in order to vacuum my vehicle. I paid $8 for a basic wash which includes what appears to a be equip with a singular hair dryer. This ended up leaving my half dried vehicle with a dirty interior due to the fact that I did not want to pay $20 extra to use their vacuums. Just skip the headache and take your business to Fins just down the road. read more
