Running boards on my 2015 GMC Sierra was damaged. Spoke with feckless and disinterested store manager. He told me there was nothing he could do. When I asked for his regional or district manager, he advised me he doesn't have a boss above him. His rude and lackadaisical attitude towards a 100% disabled veteran, 2 days before Independence Day, is unforgivable! Avoid this business at all costs. read more

I visited this place because my personal car wash where I vacuum my own car was closed. I have visited this place in the past and wasn't too happy about the service but I wanted to give it another try I pay for $40 service w/ frangeance, which I did not think it was worth it. Let me tell you why. I followed all instructions. I cleaned the trash out. I went through the was and went to the service area to be vacuumed and wiped down. This part took 5 min which concerned me. After inspecting my car, none of it seemed to be wiped down and there was still a significant amount of dust and dirt particles on the floor of my car. I was told my car was done but to anyone's eye the vacuum and wipe down was minimal. The associate was very very nice to go through and make sure that there weren't any dust particles or my doors were wiped down, but I was kind of disappointed because I paid almost $40 for a service and it didn't reflect what was advertised. I should have to check after them. My vacuum was likely not even done my door panels had to be re-ripped down again no one vacuumed in the middle of my console. I can still see dirt on the floor. I won't be going back here again. Go somewhere else. It's a rip off. read more

This car wash can he hit or miss. I have had some decent car washes. I have had some that were just so so. Today. Worse ever. Had my truck washed to save time before a trip tomorrow. So why not try them again. The Superpoly wash isn't cheap. Once you exit the wash the vehicle sits in the hot sun drying. Leaving water spots. While the finishers all hang up on one car at a time. Others come out to dry in the sun. Poor work done on my windows. Spots from drying in the sun. The interior windshield was not cleaned. I know this because I had to removed the taped receipt from it. Poor vacuum quality. Uneven application of the tire shine. No fragrance offered or used. I noticed this once home. I just wasted 35.00 hard earned dollars on a terrible car wash. I also returned a bottle of stray cleaner that was left in my cup holder. No one is paying any attention to details today. Zero stars today if that was an option. read more

Just did the automatic wash but it left soap on sides of car. It didn't really clean the back of car.

Usually only go here for the drive through car wash. Decided to splurge and treat myself to an inside & out car wash but was very disappointed. Spent $44 and it was not worth it at all. The trunk looks like it did before I got there. Very disappointed. read more

I took my boss's car here this morning around 10am. I paid for the super polyprocess which is 35$. It's one step above the basic cleaning. I'm pretty disappointed. The outside looked good but the inside not so much. I double checked with the attendant and he verified they would wipe everything down. After going through the exterior wash I pulled up to the boys that were going to be cleaning the inside. I verified with them that they would wipe everything down and I even pointed out the cup holders and the dash. When they said it was done they hadn't wiped the dash, cupholders, or the door arm rests off at all. I shower them and they wiped down the dash and nothing else. After verifying twice and then asking them to wipe it down and still not having it done I left and finished the car on my own. Don't waste your money here. read more

Had my car detailed here yesterday. The front half of the experience is a pretty standard tunnel car wash. But if you pay for the interior/exterior complete wash, you pop out of your car after the tunnel and three or four people clean every square inch of the vehicle. There are several benches under shady trees to sit on. As well as bathrooms and vending machines while you wait. I'm not sure what all the haters are talking about on here. I found the staff to be super friendly and polite. I think the car looks great. A little bit pricey but I feel like I got real value for my money. I will definitely be going back again. read more

Two is a fair rating. The employees are nice and responsive. The quality of the wash is mediocre at best. There are better and cheaper drive through options if that's what you're looking for. For full service, In and Out in West Ashley is cheaper and they do a superior job on the finish work (wiping the car down inside and outside). For the price, there are too many better options close by that are cheaper and provide a better end result. read more

Went there this morning to get my car washed. There was no customer's there. Pulled up to the menu board and was reading the menu. There was a young man waving me up. I motioned one moment and returned to reading the board. It was as this point he become exasperated and began waving his arms faster. There was no one behind me. I decided I didn't want to do business with someone that has so little disregard for customers. I decided to drive into the outside lane and then leave. At this point he shot me the finger. I stopped up front and asked another employee who that was and was told that was Danny the manager: I now know why there was no one there. read more

For $42 I got the complete wash with rain repellant and interior armor all. Honestly the car looks like a couple of fifth graders cleaned it. Tons of dirt left on the carpet,'half armor all and half left undone. Would not come back or recommend. read more

Their "higher end" wash that you still drive through yourself costs $33.00. If you want extras, be prepared to pay extra. They will try to nickel and dime you for every additional service that should be included in a $33.00 Wash. They even try to sell you a upgraded car mat vacuum for $12.00. WTF? The young men that dry your car, vacuum, wipe down the inside, and clean your windows and rims are very friendly, but need to be taught how to clean. Most times, they don't even clean the inside of my windows, and when I remind them to do it, there are areas of the windows that are not even touched and the areas they do touch are horribly streaked. Rims are never wiped down and cleaned. They have areas of dirt that were never wiped. So after paying close to $40.00 with tip, I have to come home and spend almost 45 minutes fixing all of the areas that were not done. I would recommend that you find another place. The location is also very poor. It's at the intersection of Main Rd. and Hwy. 17. It is very difficult getting in and out of the area due to the traffic gridlock at that intersection. read more

STAY AWAY! I was a member of Autobell on Folly Road and quickly learned that was a mistake. My brand new 2022 Bronco now has a hood that is covered in scratches from Autobell. I filled an incident report and they are denying any fault. "As they cannot prove the scratches happened there". They refused to show me the video footage of my car before/ after the wash where the damage occurred. Do yourself a favor and don't end up like myself with a car covered in scratches! I am truly disappointed not only regarding the incident but how customer service/ management handled the claim. read more

You guys are slipping. I don't think I'll return. I drive a black truck. Keeping it clean and sharp is important. I'm so irritated after running thru the Super Poly. Spending 29.99. When I get to the dry down snd interior cleaning area. I'd expect it to be started on. Today. There was enough staff on hand. I sit and basically watch my truck dry in the sun. Now it's got spots. Why do you not divide up the staff to give attention to each car, not one at a time? The tire gloss is poorly spread on the tires as well. I think this is my last trip. I can do it better at home. Or one of the newer automated car washes and vacuum it myself. At least I'd get it dry without water spots. Not worth the price. Today anyway. read more

I would like to say, I used to work at a similar wash years ago in Virginia when I was in my real early 20's, so I know for the most part how it goes. I normally detail my own cars as it's a passion of mine, first time in years I've been to one of these places, and I have to say I was extremely impressed with all the guys who working tonight. Very professional, friendly, and seamless to actually care. I needed one of my old cars that's been sitting too long outside cleaned up, at least the mold and debris, and the attendant at the start of the wash was knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. The guys after helping wipe down my car too, I have to say I was very impressed. I wish I knew who it was I wouldn't mention them by name. I will be back and make sure I get their names.
