The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? No. But it was a huge improvement from my last review and they definitely took their time vacuuming and wiping down the interior. So, I am happy with the work that was done for what I paid.

My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. I did the world class complete detail. It was an okay job... doesn't feel like a $250 detail job…read moreimo. There was still some bug splatter gunk on my front bumper. There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.

My truck had a good amount of scratches from off-roading and I knew going in not every scratch would come out. BUT, the work they put into my truck far exceeded my expectations of just how much would come out. It looks almost completely brand new again! And the value, holy crap you cant beat that. I tried adjusting the pressure that didn't work. The glass protecting the numbers was all broke up so it looked like the machines both air vacuum machines haven't been tended to in a long time. So I go in and tell the guy working behind the counter a foreign guy and I let him know that he has ripped me off $2.00 I explained to him the air pump does not work he says air pump no work no it does not. You took my money and I'm pretty sure you know it doesn't work. He say it was working, I say you know it doesn't work but you keep charging people to use them. Then, suddenly, he says he 'forgot' to charge me for sealant and asks for an extra $30. I came back the next day to fix the crack for $85. He takes off the tire and claims there's a second crack, which will cost an additional $40. I ended up paying $135 total for the supposed repair. Less than an hour after getting back on the road, the same wheel blew out again. Now they won't answer the phone. This place is shady and completely unprofessional. Save your time, money, and frustration--go somewhere else
