I highly recommend Southwest Body Shop!!! they were having to fix my car after what Street toyota…read moredid to it! They talked me into putting a black wrap on the spoiler and on my roof and other parts of my car. It turned out to be a very cheap wrap. And it looked horrible after a couple years. It took Southwest Body Shop over seven hours for two minutes to take this wrap off my car. When I went back to Street to talk to them about this rap, they told me they would charge me to take it off and would not stand behind it.!!! Stone brothers was recommended to us and I could not be more grateful that we went there. The owner Chase was so nice and got to our car right away in the morning. He was completely honest with us about the situation and was able to get it fixed for us by the end of the day in order for us to make it home. He made recommendations on where to get some bulbs we needed for my car as well. Amanda who works the front desk was also so kind and helpful. When we thought we were going to have to fly home she was even looking up flights for us. Such a horrible situation but I was blown away by the kindness shown to us at Stone Brothers. If you want a crappy job that requires numerous return visits to get things repaired properly, this is your place. First, I was told my vehicle would be ready in 3 days & that someone would give me a ride to pick it up. Not when you talk to Dylan - every excuse in the book as to why it's taking another week & that NO one is available to give me a ride now. By the way, don't question Dylan - he's arrogant, derogatory, dismissive, & must not want repeat business because he treats the customer with a condescending, demeaning tone. His body language is very aggressive, to the point it's like he wants to physically fight; thank you, TX, for concealed carry. I have an AWD vehicle, and this place charged me $424 for an alignment. I called 17 different locations, and absolutely none of them said that any type of alignment would be that expensive. I was completely ripped off as Hunter refused to tell me where the alignment was performed. I looked at my vehicle before going in to pay & could immediately see a shoddy job had been done. I have bad eyesight & I immediately saw that the repairs they made were not good - "didn't know you wanted that" was Dylan's response. I could see the poor repairs in the metal, which was then painted over. I love wavy & rippled paint jobs - NOT! Dylan then had five other guys look at the repairs, claiming they couldn't see anything. For the large sum I paid, it's only fair that it be done correctly and timely. Don't tell me 3 days and give me crap that I now have to make you fix, which is going to take more time.
