Updates: After speaking with the manager, they decided to honor the $500 test drive discount and the ad price, no add ons. Even held the car for me for a couple days, and stayed solid despite other interested buyers. Important notes Niko - Great salesman in the sense that's hes not super pushy and allows me to really feel comfortable and run my full PPI inspections and any other tests in order to feel good about buying the car. No more bait and switches after we agreed on an out the door price. One of the few honest ones out there. Managers Bryan Nguyen and Jan Jazwari were fantastic, kept to their word and helped me out. Super friendly, good on the negotiations, and held strong on our agreed price and when I would come in the pick up the car even after other interested buyers came in (Negative) Tim - Super pushy and shark like finance person. Tried to force me to sign and buy the car before I could come in to inspect the car and semi-tricked me by saying if I signed the documents and I dont like the car and it couldnt pass PPI, I wasn't on the hook, even though that was clearly not what was on the documents. Not super friendly, and I had to have Niko and Tim step in a room for a 3 way call and me to get very confrontational with Tim to call him out on his BS and for him to back off and honor the hold that the managers and I had agreed. In the very end, he tried to gaslight me by saying that he "never forced me" to sign any documents and wouldn't sell the car from under me when that was clearly the implication (said he had multiple interested buyers and wanted the car for his own daughter if I didnt sign). At the end of the call he said something along the gist of "well I dont control the holds so if sales said they would honor the hold, I guess you are good" and "I guess you dont have to sign". Too bad he controls all the final payments which were painless after I came in and actually finalized the agreements. Not a great guy to deal with if you want an honest seller, so I would watch out for him.

Huge shout out to Gabe, Nancy, Leo, and anyone else behind the desk when we bought today 7/9/26!!…read more Car buying is never easy...and for us who live on a farm and don't necessarily look "nice car worthy" it's even harder. The people here at BMW treated us with nothing but respect from the very beginning. Other dealerships lost good customers because they ignored us or snubbed us as "less than". All we were looking for was a dealership to treat us with respect and we would make it happen. The men and women here at Rusnak made that happen. Gabe met us at the door with a huge smile and a welcoming presence. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he let us test drive a pre owned m4 competition. The moment we drove it we knew that is what we wanted. We looked at the new inventory and found the exact build we were looking for and it just so happened to be on the lot upstairs. We are now the proud owners of a 2027 BMW M4 Comp Xdrive. Thank you Gabe for the amazing sales experience. Thank you Nancy for the incredible finance experience. And thank you Leo for the great trade in value for our vehicle! We will definitely be coming back here for our next M BMW

I had planned to wait for what should be a 30 minute service, but was informed that because they were backed up and it was so close to lunch, my car wouldn't be ready until at least 2:00. It ended up being closer to 3:00. At least Rusnak paid my Uber transportation home and back. The Service Advisor tried to sell me on two additional services because "they were almost due". Rear brake pads replacement ($327) and Brake fluid flush ($325). I declined both and later verified using my car's computer system that these services were not due for 8,000 miles and 4 months respectively. 8,000 miles is more than I drive IN A YEAR. Rusnak's service department is not what I would call reputable. By offering me a discounted ($120) oil change, they attempted to add on additional services that were not even close to being due. While I've never had a complaint with the actual work done by their service department, beware that they might try to sell you on additional services not needed.

TLDR: Kimberly Campo at Lexus Thousand Oaks gaslit us over an $8k price increase from one day to…read morethe next on the same vehicle due to it "actually hitting the ground" My husband and I had a truly atrocious experience with Lexus Thousand Oaks. Upon filling out a general inquiry with interest in purchase of a GX 550 on the website, I was contacted by Kimberly Campo, a sales person at the dealership. I explained our interest in the vehicle and what trims and colors we were most interested in. She immediately began offering me vehicles on the lot that were in direct opposition to what I had just stated I wanted. We had already placed a deposit at another dealership, as is standard practice for the GX at this time, but wanted to inquire whether Thousand Oaks had our vehicle already in stock. We are well aware that dealer markups have become standard practice at most dealerships on this model, and while we did not desire to pay any markup, all we requested was transparency. From the initial interaction, the Thousand Oaks website and window stickers do not indicate the markup that is added on the lot. Kimberly made it clear that Thousand Oaks does include a markup on the GX and proceeded to inform me of all the unwanted paint and leather protectants that would get on all of their vehicles. I informed Kimberly that we had placed a deposit at a dealership who proudly sells at MSRP, and that we weren't interested in moving forward with Thousand Oaks at this time. Kimberly contacted me again the following Thursday and told me she had several new allocations including the vehicle that I had expressed interest in (an Overtrail in Earth). It would be arriving the next day. I confirmed with her that there would be markup, which she confirmed at $5,000, and then I asked her what their price would be on that particular vehicle. She took the $79k MSRP for that VIN, added the $5k and informed me it would be $84k. While we hoped to purchase at MSRP, we were tired of waiting on that vehicle, and we set an appointment to come and see her on Saturday prepared to pay that amount. We called on Friday afternoon with availability to come earlier than intended, and Kimberly stated she wanted to ensure the vehicle was still there prior to us driving over from Ventura. She confirmed it was still available at which point she texted me the window sticker at $92k. I immediately called her back and asked how the vehicle price had increased so much from the day before and she informed me that the price she shared was the price before the vehicle hit the ground. This had not been clarified, nor did she insinuate that if I came in to purchase on Thursday I would be saving myself $8K on the vehicle. I told her that we would no longer be coming down, because I found her (and quite possibly all of Lexus Thousand Oaks's practices dishonest and manipulative) to which she happily replied "I'm okay with that". Needless to say, we won't be shopping at Lexus Thousand Oaks now or ever. Regardless, we purchased our Overtrail in Earth on Sunday without a dealer markup, and we are so happy to have supported honest business practices in lieu of this sham.

They truly went above & beyond to take care of me, especially being that it was my first time here. One thing that I really appreciate is their transparency & immediacy. They let you know what's going on with your car throughout the entire repair process. Even when I returned a few days later for what I thought needed an immediate follow-up, they didn't hesitate to accommodate all of my needs & address all of my concerns. Their hospitality is on-point. Granted, I never looking to have repairs done, they make the process & painless as possible. Also, it's nice to have the amenities in the lounge while waiting. I remember a good amount of time where us Tesla customers were lucky to get a bottle of water. NOTE: If you do end up waiting here as your vehicle is being repaired, bring a laptop, tablet, or smart device since the service center's lounge offers complimentary wi-fi. 5 Starts all the way!

During my first oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned with oil stains on the cream-colored interior. To their credit, they immediately offered to clean it. However, shortly afterward, both rear wheel center caps fell off, which had never happened before and I decided to let it go. My most recent visit was even more inconvenient. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and airbag recall service. Near the end of the day, I was informed that complications with the recall repair meant my car would need to stay overnight. I was initially offered a rental car, only to be called back and told none were available until the next morning. My vehicle ended up staying for over 24 hours, and I wasn't notified it was ready until 40 minutes before closing. When I picked up my car, I was also charged full price for an oil change despite being told my coupon had been applied. I had to call back later to have the difference refunded. Everyone I've spoken with has been courteous and apologetic, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right. However, customers should not have to repeatedly spend their own time correcting mistakes that could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The dealership needs to improve its communication, follow-through, and overall organization, as the repeated lack of communication and forgetful errors have created unnecessary inconvenience. While I appreciate their willingness to fix problems, I would much rather see fewer problems happening in the first place.
