    This car wasn't my first choice. I was talking to both Kote @ Rusnak BMW and another dealer. I wanted the other 430i. But over a few days of discussion, Kote was super helpful giving the info I need. Not pushy at all and no games. He was also willing to work with me to give me the best price possible. While the other guy couldn't even give me a straight answer when I asked for total price. That helped moving my choice to the 430i at Rusnak. On the day of getting the car, knowing I am located at Culver City, Kote offered to uber me to take me to the dealership (an hour away!) Kote was very friendly and patient with me in person, even when I arrived 30mins before close. The whole purchase process was smooth. Great experience overall with Kote and Rusnak BMW. Ask for him when you are looking for your next bimmer!

    Great experience, great service, GREAT deal. Rex my salesman made it very easy to do business. Had my new I5 charged up cleaned up and in the showroom to drive away. I was literally in and out in 1 hour. One of the easiest and smoother car buying experience I have had. Thank you to the Rusnak team in TO.

    I recently purchased a BMW from Kote at Rusnak, and once again, he delivered an outstanding experience! This isn't my first time buying a car from him, and every time has been exceptional. Kote is always professional, attentive, and truly takes care of our family when it comes to making a great deal. I'm also impressed by how sharply dressed everyone at Rusnak is--it really enhances the overall experience. A special shout-out to Nancy, the best-dressed finance manager!     Our client advisor, Martik Gharibian, was fantastic. We just went to look at a X7, but he was so gracious to give test drives. He was calm, polite and extremely professional. He did not pressure us at all because the car sold itself. Martik searched all across other dealers to see if he could get the car, with the exact options we wanted and found it! He was patient and supportive. And when we came back to pick up the car, he had to displayed beautifully with a bow and everything. We had a great experience at Rusnak BMW!

Our experience started out fine but the moment the final paperwork was signed the entire atmosphere changed we discovered an issue that was misrepresented during the negotiations when we brought it to our sales representative attention they flat out lied about what had been promised earlier essentially gaslighting us once they knew the deal was legally binding. When we reached out to management, hoping for a resolution, the sales manager was incredibly dismissive and rude, and instead of offering to fix the damage on the vehicle, he told us "You shouldn't be complaining about the damage on the car, you got a good deal." There are so many other Lexus dealerships in Southern California, if you value integrity and want to be treated with respect, go elsewhere. We will certainly not be returning.

My 2023 Model Y battery had an imbalance which required a HV battery replacement. Yikes! I was told right away that loaner vehicle was not guaranteed and that the repair would take several days. I work full time and I have school age kids, so not having a car for several days is NOT ideal by any means. Jessica communicated throughout the repair process and she set aside a loaner for me even though I HAD to bring in my car two days before my scheduled appointment because the battery would've been dead if I waited for my appt date. I really appreciated her clear communication and quick reply to my questions via Tesla app. Not only that, but my car was fixed three days ahead of schedule and I was given a coupon for a free car wash nearby. During my first oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned with oil stains on the cream-colored interior. To their credit, they immediately offered to clean it. However, shortly afterward, both rear wheel center caps fell off, which had never happened before and I decided to let it go. My most recent visit was even more inconvenient. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and airbag recall service. Near the end of the day, I was informed that complications with the recall repair meant my car would need to stay overnight. I was initially offered a rental car, only to be called back and told none were available until the next morning. My vehicle ended up staying for over 24 hours, and I wasn't notified it was ready until 40 minutes before closing. When I picked up my car, I was also charged full price for an oil change despite being told my coupon had been applied. I had to call back later to have the difference refunded. Everyone I've spoken with has been courteous and apologetic, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right. However, customers should not have to repeatedly spend their own time correcting mistakes that could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The dealership needs to improve its communication, follow-through, and overall organization, as the repeated lack of communication and forgetful errors have created unnecessary inconvenience. While I appreciate their willingness to fix problems, I would much rather see fewer problems happening in the first place.

Not a fan of their mandatory add ons but you can typically negotiate the price down to cover that cost. I'd give sales a 3.5-4 star but this is about their service center. Took my Sienna in for its 5K toyota care service. Was informed that there was no oil change, which I figured so that wasn't a big deal. I paid out of pocket, about $130 which is kind of wild since it was $80 in labor for a 30min job. I'm still not even mad at that though since it is a dealer after all. Whats really annoying is that they scratched my cars side skirt during the service. I sent a message to them about it after I had picked my car up and went home...no response. Unfortunately I can't exactly hold them to it since I went home but I know that the scratch wasn't there prior to me bringing the car in. I walk my cars every day in the morning when I bring my kids to school and I would have seen it. No way it could have happened in the 3 miles back home. As a dealership this place is easy enough to work with, but for service, I'll drive over to someone that'll take better care of my car.
