My first appointment was missed entirely. No warning, no explanation. I gave them another chance and when they finally replaced the glass, I noticed scratches afterward. Then I was told the windshield they installed wasn't even the correct one for my vehicle. Now after trying to get the issue resolved again, nobody will return my calls. Mistakes happen, but four separate problems in a row with zero communication is unacceptable. I've spent more time chasing updates than they've spent helping me. Extremely frustrating experience and I would never use Safelite again.

Never again will I do any business with this company in any shape of form.
