Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it.
