Do not order from this company, I just bought a part which they claimed is OEM for an AUDI Q3 and I received a part and all identifying part numbers are scratched off front and back. Why would a brand new OEM part have scratched serial numbers off? Probably because they order non OEM parts and list them as OEM. Horrible business, took everything apart and have everything ready to go and had to deal with this. There is no way to identify the part except for the bag which they wrote the part number on. Needed a clutch master cylinder. Ordered the part, the part failed after 40 miles of driving. They sent me a new part very quickly upon my request, very hassle free. Then my preferred shop wasn't able to build hydraulic pressure with the new part. I requested a refund based on that info and the next day they honored it. 10/10 customer service and also I've noticed their prices aren't arbitrarily higher than on other sites, like you might expect for euro parts dealers adding superfluous surcharges. read more
