Shipping, to me, if I am ordering over $150 worth of parts, it seems like shipping should be free for the lowest cost delivery option, ground freight, etc. Many other sites, it is. This is a BFD to me! 2. The search for items could be easier; it seems to take a long time to find exactly what I am looking for. An interface like a parts breakdown tree may be better. Easy to order parts, but seems very hard to get your parts. They were actually not helpful on getting me information on my order. Been 8 days and still have not received my order from them. I've contacted them several times, and their response is give it 7 days. They are not very helpful getting me my order. I ordered from them multiple times Sometimes they send you the wrong parts and when you trying to send back the won't refund the shipping fees, the blame it on the you saying you don't use the website filter for your vehicle keep in mind i did use it and in the description it doe say it will fit your vehicle. I got the part and it was the wrong one. Drove back and dropped off myself so I can make the process easier for them. They don't appreciate it . You can't get ahold of them via phone just email You can't actually see anyone in person. Ordered well over a thousand dollars in parts and tools from them, and about 1/3 of the order did not arrive. They do not answer their phone, they do not communicate well or in a timely manner, and after several days and multiple inquiries they basically told me "we'll have Fed-Ex look into it" and asked me to "look around my property for the missing box" which was never shipped, because Fed-Ex never got it. I called Fed-Ex. These people are SHADY. I will be moving forward with legal action. read more

I contacted the company via their website because there was no phone number shown, even though they mention phone hours. I got a reply email and a ticket number, but it hasn't been responded to in several days. I contacted them 5 days later, and they responded with a new ticket number. Coming here to yelp, I did find a phone number, but it says to contact them via the website. Since they never respond, why bother telling people to contact. They might as well say "we ship, but that's all we do." Any another thing: your Yelp area says you're open from 9:00 to 9:30 AM. No wonder your service sucks only being open 30 minutes a day! They might deserve a higher rating because my mid '80s Mercedes has been difficult at best finding parts. Autohaus has had a few parts I've needed, but not all. If you have an older car and like to work on it when you can, then you would also know what hell ordering car parts can be! Why? I've had orders sent to me (by other vendors) that were missing one key piece, or had one of the pieces arrive bent, or received parts that were picked incorrectly. Although I ordered the correct number part for my car, that isn't what they had in their bin and sent to me. Then it's the whole returning and reordering process, ugh. But meanwhile the engine on my 2001 540i is torn apart so that we can replace the timing chain guides, and it can't be reassembled because I was sent a bent or incorrect part (or it was missing from the shipment!). HOWEVER, the above is NOT what happened to me on this order from Autohaus AZ! Admittedly this was only an order for front wheel well liners and the necessary installation hardware, but again, if I had been sent incorrect hardware then the liners don't get installed for another week or two. You get my point: it is CRITICALLY important to have the correct part numbers in the bins, and also to be correctly picked by the warehouse staff so that the above doesn't happen! I had ordered brake pads for my C63, the part description on the site indicated that it fit my vehicle. But it didn't. The customer service "Aaron" wrote "you can't return the part" even before hearing that I was not wanting to return but to replace with the right part. They could've worked with me toward a solution. Except he was terse and rude dropped the chat, basically hung up on me. I lost $200 and they lost a customer forever. read more

Contacted the attorney general for the area and several other government agencies to try to get answers on how a business is allowed to operate this way. read more
