Here was the timeframe: Monday morning around 8:30 my car wouldn't start. I spent about 20 mins doing research on a comparable and less expensive new car battery. I called around 9 and asked if they could replace my battery. They said sure, come on it we can do it right away. I got there around 10. The very nice gentleman came right out immediately, changed the battery in 111 degree weather and I was out of Advance Auto Part and heading home by 10:25. I highly recommend giving this guys a visit you need your car battery replaced.

For me, the real experience of AutoZone is the people behind the counters. More often than not, they seem to be genuinely friendly people who know about cars. My experience has been that 99% of the people that work there are kind, courteous, and friendly. The rest are just perfunctory. And by that I mean don't really get any kind of emotion out of them other than they're doing their job. Which is fine, because all I'm doing is getting in there to get something that my car needs. It doesn't have to be like Chick-fil-A where it's. Thank you and my pleasure. That being said, this particular AutoZone ranks a solid. 3. It was neither a pleasant nor unpleasant experience, so it landed right in the middle. The guy at the counter called me boss, which always makes me laugh when you don't want to say sir. I used Gemini to specifically find an auto parts store near me that was known for helping with the install. Gemini said NAPA was the only one that did this. I went to NAPA but they said no. O'Reilly was 350 feet away so I went there. Evan looked up the part, I paid the $9, he put some gloves on and came out to my car. The process turned out to be more complicated than expected but Evan didn't show the least bit of annoyance or frustration. To make matters worse, when he finally got to the burned out bulb he discovered that the part he sold me was not in fact the correct one. This was not his fault; he retrieved whatever part the computer identified. He returned with a compatible bulb and I was on my way!
