Good option versus Autozone and I like the service of the young dude on the night shift while I had issues with a dead battery. They tested it and it came back completely drained, I got a good price for my accord and was set back on the road within 20 mns. Thank God for Tim and the guys at o Reilly's. I couldn't get in my car due to what I thought was my battery in my "car unlocker" as I call it (not sure what it's really called). I went down to oreillys and Tim went above and beyond to help me out. Helping me get off the stripped screw on my car unlocker and letting me know the true problem which the sodder was coming off. He didn't stop there. He found a sodder gun and fixed the problem. If I wouldn't have went to oreillys I would have probably spent over $100 for a new key unlocker at the dealership rather than just buying a new battery at oreillys. I'll be a life long customer. read more

Great customer service! I feel that they try to help out as much as they can. Of course they can't get under your car and start assisting you with repairs, but if it's a small job they will take initial help you without you even asking. I went in for wiper blades and a tail light. I was looking at you tube videos on how to install both of them on my own. A neighbor told me a til light was out so I didn't know which one. I asked the lady at the counter to come check and she said she just needed to clear out the crowd and she'd be right out. Only took a minute and she was right out there. She took it upon herself to tell me which tail light and even installed it for me. She also insisted in installing my wiper blades. I was very happy as I was not too confident in how I'd do it myself. I just appreciate good service and I also respect the fact that they give a military discount, it helps out too!!! read more

Have been given the wrong parts on multiple occasions and just do not trust them when they say they can get a part in "X" amount of days, it will not show up. The staff are not knowledgeable and customer service all depends on the day. The only reason they have two stars and not one is because they a slightly better in customer service over AutoZone. I feel bad that I can't remember the names of the two guys who helped me. I came in to buy headlights (one was out and may as well replace both), but I figured I would have to take them someplace to have them installed, since I had never done it before and I was wary about a rather finicky tension clip that holds the bulb in place. As I was checking out, I asked if they knew a place where I could get the labor done for cheap. Instead of a recommendation, they came out to help me do it myself! Now I don't have to pay to have them installed and I have the confidence and knowledge to replace them myself in the future! Thanks! read more

From a Shops perspective, I think this location is the worst one to do business with. We have ordered a lot of parts that never show up, after they tell us they will deliver within 20 minutes. The cost of parts is the same as anyone else, no discount to shops that buy all of their parts from one location here. It was actually more expensive to buy oil from them as a shop, account holder, than it was for anyone to walk in off the street. I ordered parts for a car I was working on just today again, Was told they would for sure be here within 20 minutes. After I was done with the car, besides the parts I was waiting on 2 hours later, I called to check on them, and found out the order was never submitted, really? This makes no sense. We have held several accounts with other Auto Parts Suppliers before opening our new Tempe Location, and have never seen anything like this. So I advise all shops, and off customers to shop somewhere else. There are several options out there. read more
