I was looking for service for my 2008 Acura TSX. I had a power steering fluid leak and my AC was blowing hot. I submitted a request online and got a response in under an hour. I was out doing errands and Layth came to my location while I was at my Barber and diagnosed my car. He offered to complete the work at a location and time that worked for me. I asked him if he could do the work where we currently were and he said he could. He just needed 15 minutes to get the parts at his warehouse and then he would be right back. Prompt and attentive. Can't go on how great this experience was. Thermostat went out the week before Christmas. Most shops were closed, had very little staff, or just couldn't guarantee the fix before Christmas. Every quote I received was over $1k and I'd have to drop the vehicle off. I just can't say enough great things about Layth. After doing some research I found out I needed a new radiator. I search around several options and came across Layth on Yelp. I communicated using Yelp the issue with my car and he quoted me by FAR the best price for the work. I was concerned that it was "too good to be true" however Layth did exactly what he said he would and fixed my car in no time. He was extremely responsive and professional. He completed my radiator replacement in two hours flat. The book says this is a "6.5 hour" job. The fact that Layth was able to get this done in a fraction of the time is a measure of his experience and knowledge about cars. I must say I was VERY impressed. I was in a tight bind And fluid which was gas and coolant was putting out of my engine by the quart. and my only option was a mobile mechanic. Layth was absolutely the best I could've asked for. He was available today when no one else was available until Monday. He responded immediately when I called and gave me several times to chose from. I chose 10am and he arrived at 10am. He identified the problem within 5 minutes and gave a price that was reasonable at that point. It was a girl injector that has popped out of the manifold. standing next to him to see the problem as he finds it was also assuring because sometimes you never know with mechanics if they are telling the truth. But seeing it Myself in real time was good to see. The problem was actually worse though, once the injector was fixed and put back the coolant was leaking as well from the manifold and I saw that as well, so he quickly went to get a gasket. Upon removing the entire manifold, he showed me that it was actually the manifold itself that was cracked so he ordered one and flew to pick it up. He had it all done 2 hours later. This guy is my new go to guy. I will refer him to everyone I know. i believe him to be honest, friendly and genuine And it's good to have someone like this on hand especially since he comes to you.
