He was so kind and listened to my issues and assured me if I drop the car off he could take a look at it and since it was almost closing time he would accept it and let me know what was going on in the morning. I left the car there and he called me early and let me know what issues were going on. I have a car max repair insurance on my car and this was a verified shop from them and he went through with me everything that we could fix and take care of now so that I get the best bang out of my buck before my repair plan expires (it was just about to). We talked prices and he was completely understanding of what I could and couldn't do and never pressured me, guilted me, or tried to take advantage of me not knowing about cars and I appreciate that so much because that's the last thing you need when your car is broken down and you're stressed. He really seemed like he cared and asked me multiple times if I had a rental car and that he could help connect me with my insurance to get me one. It took three days to fix all the issues with my car and once I got it, it ran like a dream! Thank you so much Sebastian and Rapdio Repair! Brought my car in for some maintenance work right before Christmas, the car had been sitting for…read moremonths because I had been working. I brought my car in and right away I knew I was at the right place, I was greeted by Havier and we instantly got down to business. I had all the parts for the work I needed done, without a question Havier said he will get it done and sort it all out. All new front end suspension parts installed, drilled and slotted rotors and brake pads installed, I had a high pressure power steering line break he fixed it, the motor in my rear passenger window broke he fixed it and put it back together like new, I also had him install the 3 Stage intake manifold for the n52 motor with the active autowerks tune he got it done and running perfectly, then my alternator went bad the day I was supposed to pick up my car, he told me the car was gonna be ready that day and it was, he got the part and installed it within hours. I also had a exhaust box I wanted installed it wouldn't fit because it was hitting the subframe he worked with me and we found a solution and my exhaust now honestly looks better than how it was going to look. He also checked everything on my car and recommended I do a transmission fluid change and made sure there was nothing else wrong with my car that would need replacing or leave me on the side of the road. When I say he brought my car back to life he really did. To finish off the car I had a set of m sport wheels that I wanted to put on and didn't tell him I just brought the wheels in when I was going to pick up my car and he still no questions asked slapped them on. He made sure my car was ready to roll before I left, Havier and his team are all super knowledgeable and skilled 10/10. I will always bring my car back to him from now on. It's hard to find a shop that can do the work right and for a reasonable price now a days! But that's what they do at Midnite Tuning! Keep in mind I just put new tire on my car a year ago and I mainly work from home. I questioned the guy on why he recommended new tires when I literally got them a year ago... he said the tread was bad. I left and went to a tire shop. They said my tires are great and I just needed an alignment done and to tighten lug nuts. Never had a problem since. I went there a second time( fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me), out of desperation. My car AC stopped working and needed someone to take a look. They looked at it and quoted me a couple grand to fix it .... (Which is close to the full value of my car). I went to a different mechanic , and explained my situation. He looked at the car and kept it overnight. Minor leak that was fixed, and I was out of there for $200. "Honest" 1 wanted me to get a new compressor and evaporator and more. Then whe I asked a breakdown of how much labor costs per hour, he said it varies.... I've never herd that before. I also had a loose bolt that connects the sway bar to the suspension I asked them to tighten bc of a noise and they said that wasn't it. I went home and tightened it myself and the noise was gone. I should have trusted my gut and never went back after the first experience but I usually don't judge a place with one visit. This time I wish I had. I would not recommend this place. Please do your research better than I did when picking a place to service your car.
