I went straight to the dept and I noticed a gentleman helping a customer, he stood next to me and did not ask if I needed assistance. Two other gentlemen walked by as I just stood there and not one asked if I needed assistance as the third person was walking by I finally said excuse me can I get some help, he said I'm sorry I work in the back but I will get someone, he went up to the front and sent an associate to me. I have talked to him twice and got his answering machine twice. He did tell me,one time I talked to him,that the part was in the mail and the post office is slow,(his exact words). I did ask him to cancel the order, he said he could not do that as it was already ordered. It has been 47 days,(it's now March 24th) and he has still not contacted me. At this point I refuse to call , and do not want to deal with him. I filed a complaint with the credit card company, and the RI AG Office. This company is the most unethical ,I've ever dealt with.

The clothing department basically had piles of clothes on the tables to sift through like a garage sale.

Target is one of the places for me that brings so many mixed emotions. Its cleaner and has less…read moreriff-raff than Walmart, and the employees are more friendly and helpful. On the other hand, it's more expensive and has less selection. When I do go, I prefer this one over the one on Rt2 that's actually closer to me, because its easier to get in and out with the way parking is set up. Also, the store tends to flow a little better. An added benefit is that more shopping can be done in the adjoining mall.
