I didn't think I would ever leave a review for any company, because I did not think I could justify…read morethe time. Well my recent experience at this establishment took care of that thought. I arrived in the morning on a weekday to look for a used file cabinet and walked around upstairs until I realized the used stuff was downstairs. A guy in the office told me that there was "help" downstairs. There was one salesman downstairs with one customer talking, so I looked around for my prize. I looked for about a half an hour and found a file cabinet that I liked was ready to purchase. The salesman was still with the same customer and had not even acknowledged my presence yet. I decided to sit in one of the office chairs and wait for him, in full view of them through the office glass walls. While I waited another twenty minutes other employees walked by with no notice. I go up and walked up the stairs and out the building and was never asked "may I help you?" by anyone. How bad is that? This is the reason for my first review and sadly a one star.

Pretty much two months later, it is "estimated" to ship today, yet I still have not received confirmation. I never received notification that the chair was back ordered until I called customer service about a month later. They said "oh yes, this is a great chair that's why it is back ordered". Pretty sure with this terrible service, you don't have enough customers to be back ordered. Also there is no notification before you place your order that the chair isn't in stock.
