This place is amazing, i own an alienware laptop and was pretty scared to bring it in to get it…read morerepaired after it gave me many blue screens because the laptop is so expensive, Phil fixed it all new ($85 windows re-installed with driver and update)and i paid to get installed a new better antivirus ($40 a year) so this doesn't happen again, i even paid the extra to backup my data ($50), he even blew my laptop out and cleaned it thoroughly for free which is nice, we also talked on how i can do maintenance on it so i can save another trip to the repair shop. I highly recommend these guys i will be back there next year to renew my antivirus. I went straight to the dept and I noticed a gentleman helping a customer, he stood next to me and did not ask if I needed assistance. Two other gentlemen walked by as I just stood there and not one asked if I needed assistance as the third person was walking by I finally said excuse me can I get some help, he said I'm sorry I work in the back but I will get someone, he went up to the front and sent an associate to me. I contacted Jacks TV on Feb 6th, 2023, his tech checked out my tv and said I needed a part…read more While his tech was at my house I talked to Jack over the phone, I ordered the part with a credit card, through Jack for $325, plus $85 cash for the tech. I have talked to him twice and got his answering machine twice. He did tell me,one time I talked to him,that the part was in the mail and the post office is slow,(his exact words). I did ask him to cancel the order, he said he could not do that as it was already ordered. It has been 47 days,(it's now March 24th) and he has still not contacted me. At this point I refuse to call , and do not want to deal with him. I filed a complaint with the credit card company, and the RI AG Office. This company is the most unethical ,I've ever dealt with.
