I come the 2nd time around and I'm waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes and then they proceed to tell me that the new windshield they got is also damaged and made me reschedule a 3rd time. I don't understand why they couldn't check these windshields when they arrive the morning of. I was probably lied to about these windshields being damaged as they were after market windshields and It was explained to me by the next company I went with that you have to use a windshield directly from the manufacturer due to specific calibrations that have to be done. Absolutely unprofessional from these guys. Showed up for the 3rd appointment an hour late and they denied me and tried to reschedule me a 4th time! Half the reason I was late was because the lady at the front desk had promised to call me to confirm that the windshield was good and ready to go the morning of so I didn't show up and have my time wasted again!
