Don't get me wrong, their customer service department is impeccable! They are very attentive but not overbearing. I would gladly purchase another car from them after my Civic was totaled in a rear end accident. Honestly, They are the best dealership around. We did most of the paperwork online and over the phone so all we had to do is go, sign, and drive away. They just need to pay more attention to the little things.

BUT...after the sale, it's like I don't exist...not for him or for the GM, Elbert Heron. I called both, texted Christian, emailed both regarding the fact that my vehicle only came with one key fob. I bought another and need to have it programmed. I can't even count the # of times I've tried to contact both of them and even on their chat line. No one, not anyone, has ever called me back or reached out about it in any way. I called Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, and they will do it for $99 because I didn't buy my car there. If I had, they'd do it for free. I shouldn't have to go to a totally different dealer to get the fob programmed and have to pay for it. AutoNation Sanford SHOULD do it as a courtesy since they could not provide a 2nd key fob. When I left the dealership after buying the vehicle, I thought...what a pleasant transaction, but now, the after sale issues...actually getting the Carfax which should have been with the paperwork at the time of the sale, and wasn't, I'm not sure I'll even go back there for service. Beautiful facility, nice people before and during the sale...after the sale, not so much.

They seem solely focused on selling you a car and do not anticipate your return for repeat business. That's why their sales personnel tend to change frequently.
