The team here fit us on the schedule and we were able to drop our car off before heading off to vacation. When we returned 12 days later, the car was still not ready. Eventually, our car was ready 3 weeks after we dropped it off. This is no big deal, as they were waiting on parts for a while and provided us a loaner when we returned. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because of the customer service. When your car is in the shop for that long, a technician should be reaching out every 2-3 days to provide an update. We had to reach out nearly every time and even then, would hardly get a definite answer on when the car was ready and what was wrong. We are used to small auto body shops who communicate with customers periodontally to provide updates. They can improve on this. Thanks for taking care of our major repair within warranty!

They are knowingly selling cars that don't have titles and when the customer is almost paid off, they repo the car so the customer never knows that the car that was sold to them never had a title. They have a Cadillac Escalade thats on the lot now for sale that doesn't have a title and they can never get the title,yet there trying to sell it. Every car on the lot needs a transmission or engine,yet there still selling it. They have a red Cadillac ATS that needs a transmission,yet there still selling it as if it doesn't need a transmission, every car on the lot needs major repairs. If you bought a car from them and your still making payments, you might want to check the title and make sure they haven't done this to you too.
