I needed my appointment the same day fr my Honda Accord EX, and I was able to book it online and get a spot immediately, which made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Jorge truly went above and beyond, constantly checking on my car, thoroughly addressing my concerns, and recommending amazing options for getting my vehicle serviced. He was extremely professional, caring, and detail-oriented, and he patiently answered every question I had. The location itself was great, and while I waited for my car to be serviced, the atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, this was genuinely the best service I've ever had for my car, and I highly recommend both AutoNation Honda Sanford and Jorge (Service Advisor) & Juan (Tech) to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.

Edit: The shop wasn't very busy today and there wasn't too many waiting in the lounge. Each and every visit they provide a car wash and if they aren't too busy then they vacuum out the interior. It seems that this time this location couldn't even be bothered to wiping off the greasy hand marks from a tire rotation, along with washing or vacuuming? One of the reasons for going to Honda isn't because they offer a higher then normal price for a standard oil change.

To best describe my experience with Parks Toyota of DeLand, I need to tell you a story. About a…read moreyear and a half ago, my Ford lease was up and it was time to move forward on a new vehicle. My wife and I, living in Seminole county, went to a dealership nearer to our house and leased a 2017 RAV4 XLE. Our experience at that time was great and we received a great vehicle as a result. I haven't had a driver's license in nearly 8 years, and last week, I rectified that issue. It wasn't due to a criminal charge or anything like that; merely the inability to share a vehicle led to my blase outlook on possessing the card. Then, with the card in my possession and only one car at home, it only took 24 hours to realize that we could not survive, logistically, with one set of wheels at home. We went to the same dealership that we got the RAV4 from, which I won't name out of respect for Parks, and the experience I had was subpar. Don't worry, I'll write that one next. To shorten the bad aspect, they showed little to no customer service or loyalty to my return business, making me think I had chosen the wrong dealership in the first place. So I reached out to Parks and spoke with Tom Scheffer and explained the whole ordeal with the first dealership. He explained and he and his colleague, Candice, would be happy to work with us and rectify the issues I had at the other location. We arrived at 3PM on Sunday, spoke on the vehicle that I wanted, in the right color and trim level and it appeared on the side of the building, detailed with a full tank, ready to go. We went over our deal with Candice, and then moved over to Scott Levitt's office to finalize our paperwork. After another 30 minutes with Scott, and his two-color highlighter finesse, we had signed on every dotted line, set up insurance, and we were ready to caravan back to Seminole county. I went out of my element on Sunday. I was an hour North of home, at a dealership I had never been to before and I was completely, totally, impressed. The showroom was clean and uncluttered. It made me feel at home. I was not pressured. I was waited on. And felt appreciated by my being there. Parks Toyota of DeLand really pulled out all of the stops. When my wife's lease is up in 2020, I know exactly where I am going, whether it is further away or not. It is 100% worth the drive. Again, Candice Hartley, Tom Scheffer, and Scott Levitt, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!!! I could not be more satisfied. We will most definitely return. 10/10!

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!
