This went on for 5 months with me constantly keeping in contact because they wouldn't. Finally, today I received a phone call that they cannot fix the car and that I should come and pick it up. "But don't worry, we didn't charge you anything". Not only did they waste my time where I could have been using the car they were just very unprofessional. I have found them to be a very honest shop and the work they have done on my vehicles has been excellent. While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. I've had frame repair done, also a great job. Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure. Overall, this is probably the best shop I have been to. Highly recommended.

My car was supposed to be returned in one week. That turned into 18 days. On Christmas Eve they…read morecalled me at 10 am to tell me my car was done but they are closing at noon. "And we only take cash or check" I was at work at the time making it very inconvenient. When I picked up my car it smelled like over powering air freshener. The next day it smelt like a stale ashtray. The smell was so bad, it exacerbated an asthma flair ruining our Christmas plans. The next day Jamie told me they usually run an air purifier before returning the vehicles. Since they had mine so long they wanted to get it back to me. NYS allows two 15 minute breaks and lunch break. Nobody should have been smoking in or near my car during repairs. It took 24 hours of running an ozone generator, 3 hours of cleaning, and numerous air fresheners to get my car back to normal. Unacceptable

Both Ed and Jeff are easy going and walk you thru the entire process and handle the insurance end of it. Their work is true craftsmanship and they won't let anything leave until it meets their high standards. For your cars sake if you need body work done, bring it there.
