I went to the garage that sold it to me and he very graciously bought it back from me. He had it looked at and it was the solenoid that needed replacing....$3600 less to do this work. I am very disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone. As a place that works only on transmissions I believe this is a huge error. They did get it in to look at in a timely manner.

I'd score KZ lower if possible. I brought my car there for a transmission repair. The car was in…read morepristine condition. not a scratch on it. It's a summer car. Convertible. Yea KZ, you know who I am. That little red car you butchered. When I picked it up it had a deep dent in the nose and deep scratches on the trunk. The car only weighs just over 2000 lbs. The parking lot is flat. You didn't need to push the car very hard to move it. Some asshole shoved the car into another car's trailer hitch. The dent is over 1/2" deep. You can see the roundness of the dent that clearly shows that it was smashed into a trailer hitch. Additionally, the same asshole dragged his finger's into the trunk paint. The car has a bumper moron. Why the hell did you need to drag your fingers down the trunk lid? I am convinced that this car was damaged on purpose. All that said I will never ever take a car there again. I recommend you find someone else to repair your car given my experience.
