The WORST customer service I have ever experienced…read more Horrible staff and not helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, they forgot to fix my car after it sat in their parking lot the entire day Then they put the windshield on incorrectly and my mirror is hanging from the windshield. After waiting to hear back from them for several days and me following up persistently - I was forced to go back to the shop and they broke off the hanging mirror from my windshield, leaving me in a non drivable situation. It is now over a week and they still do not have a new windshield for my vehicle. also, the manager is too much of a baby to get on the phone and confront the issue- which is completely their fault. Every time I call the manager is busy or not in the shop. they do not care and I will never be using them again zero stars- If i could leave a negative I would.

The front office lady was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing excellent customer care and support throughout. The mobile technician, Isaac, was outstanding. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and we even had a great conversation like two regular guys. It's always refreshing to meet someone who's both knowledgeable and personable. Michael, the technician who replaced the windshield, did a superb job. He was careful, thorough, and professional, taking the time to explain his work and ensure everything was done perfectly. From start to finish, Safelite provided quick, quality service with great communication and true professionalism. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement. I especially want to thank Isaac, Michael, and the front office staff for turning a frustrating situation into an easy and pleasant experience.
