He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and we even had a great conversation like two regular guys. It's always refreshing to meet someone who's both knowledgeable and personable. Michael, the technician who replaced the windshield, did a superb job. He was careful, thorough, and professional, taking the time to explain his work and ensure everything was done perfectly.
