Overpriced and subpar cleaning. After waiting 30 minutes I get to my car and there's still crumbs and stuff on the floor.

Sammy and team did a fantastic job on my Infiniti. The car looks brand new. I highly recommend Sammy's.

The service is amazing and i brought my car with a lot of dog hair and they made my car look like new again.

Beware! Find another Detailer I brought my car in to be detailed in perfect working order. When I got the car back, there was a severe shudder when driven over 20mph. When I returned, and asked about what might have happened, the manager told me nothing could possibly have caused it while the car was in their possession. This, before even asking what the issue was. No idea how, but something damaged the undercarriage of my car badly while Sammy's had it. They refused to even consider the possibility of something having happened. This will surely be a very expensive problem to fix, in addition to the $250 I paid for the detailing. Obv I'll never go back, and will warn others about them too. I'm sure this is a rare occurrence but the fact they took no responsibility or even would consider the possibility is inexcusable. Wish I could give no stars. read more

Update: I have always been happy with their work but today, I was so disappointed. They did not vacuum the carpet well, I could see leaves!!! They did not wipe down well both inside and out - I saw coffee splatters which I was able to wipe with a wipe easily and on the outside, there was so much dust behind the door knob!!! What the heck!! This is basic cleaning and I even got the works but they charged me wrong and charged me with ceramic works or something like that and I said fine, no big deal and this is the work I got??? Sooooo disappointed Sammy' and Sons! Please train your workers and don't slack off!! read more

I usually love this place but lately, I'm disappointed every time I leave. There were spots all over the car exterior and it looked like they did not even try to wash or wax the car. 1 star because: *Left trash in the car and didn't fully vacuum car *Interior still dusty *Exterior not fully cleaned: Bugs / Bird pooh still on paint/windshield/headlights *Unhelpful staff *Premium service paid for and not received. ****The management needs to monitor the quality of the service they are providing.**** We've gone to Sammy's many times and had previously thought they did a good job. Today was like a different business - surprisingly bad job. We paid $35 for the "Premium" car wash. That is to include forced air to remove dust in the hard to reach places in the interior and exterior. When they were drying the car we saw that the car trash bag wasn't thrown away and they didn't vacuum underneath it. My husband politely let the man drying that area that the bag was indeed trash - he pointed to a trash can across the lot motioning for my husband to do it. We got in and noticed the entire dashboard, controls, center console, cupholders, etc. were all as dirty as when we took it in. Also, all the "hard to reach places" that were to be cleaned with forced air were also all still dusty. My husband went in to tell the person at the counter and they were at first apologetic but then told him that the premium car wash doesn't include wiping the dash or the interior. (Every single other time we've been there our interior was cleaned - as was the rest of our car.) The windshield and many spots on the exterior appeared to have been half-heartedly wiped and I don't know if soap was used as there were still many areas with bird pooh and bugs from our recent road trip. The wheels were also streaked with dirt from where a a rag or brush was pushed over them but not carefully done. Further frustrating: we put a tip in the tip box before the car was done because the service has always been fine before). The kicker was that after spending $35+tip - not wanting to drive off in a dirty car, I was wiping out the interior myself but they wanted the space and I was given dirty looks by the staff. We paid for a premium hand car wash and what we got honestly looked like a $4 drive-thru car wash. I was very disappointed that this now passes for acceptable with the staff of Sammy's. read more

Poor attention to their work when you order a full detail service for your vehicle. They don't shampoo the carpet correctly, so instead of just having stain marks that won't come out as expected your carpet is still dirty with alil less of the dirt that was on inbedded in the interior of the vehicle. read more

Excellent hand wash, so much better than the machines that rough up your car. Courteous staff that does a great job. For 28 dollars - full service premium wash think it is called - you get a car that's spotless outside and immaculate inside. Plus they always go the extra mile, whether it's wiping coffee out of your cup holder or vacuuming inside the center console. Enjoy! I know I do. read more

Probably the best car wash I've ever experienced. $22 for my Titan to get cleaned inside and out. It took a little longer then a conventional (Splash) car wash but they did a much better job. A little longer meaning 15 minutes. See photo of my truck. Well worth the wait. read more

Very expensive for a shoddy job. Car wash took 2 hours (90 minutes of waiting time), attendant told me it would be 1 hour. Car had 50% of the dirt remaining in the car that I came in with. Main attendant asked me to move car rudely, but didn't leave me keys. When I explained the keys weren't there, he came back with my keys soaking wet and told me to move the car so he could do a shoddy job for others. I don't understand why this place is so crowded, this is the second time I came here (hoping that my first bad experience was an anomaly). Obviously looking for a new car wash place. read more

We recently had our 3 row family car detailed here and it was the most pleasant experience at a car wash I have ever had. We called around to a few places and ultimately went to Sammy's because it was the cheapest. Upon pulling up to the car wash I was meet directly by Sammy who proceeded to go thru each mark on our car assuring us that our car would look as new as the day we leased it. I giggled that statement off but he was right. If you looked at our car today you would never know that it was three years old and three kids abuse it on a daily basis. Even the car seats and third row are spotless. I think instead of playing for our monthly membership at another car wash we will visit Sammy's more often! read more

Pretty poor experience today at this car wash place with my Tesla. They made lots of smudges and marks on my seats, console and other places inside - after a car wash and interior work (which they specifically recommended me and I paid them $74 for such a poor service). As I pointed this and also showed them water on the floor etc- the guy managing the crew was quite rude and arrogant. He kept defending and even accusing me of causing those smudges across the seats! He literally asked me to go elsewhere next time instead of coming to that shop! The funny thing is that there were no cars in line waiting for them to feel the pressure of work...there were just no cars in the car wash either before or after me! I have been to this car wash in the past and as long as I didn't ask a question or complain - they were all ok. This is the village where I live and I usually like to encourage businesses locally...but if they behave in such arrogance and carelessness..not sure I would want them around. read more

Got referred to Sammy's by a car service that I always use, and they did not disappoint. I drive a 2009 Honda Accord that has been street parked for the past 3 years and she's starting to show her age. Still in good shape, great bones, she just needed some TLC. I am pretty picky having grown up the son of a car buff, but not having a garage or driveway limits me from washing myself. I must say, when I came back to pick her up I was blow away by how much detailing they did. Not cheap, but worth every penny! I would get my car washed at splash monthly. Sometimes a lineup but always attentive and a reliable wash. When elder broke off this place went downhill but still somewhat reliable. I have tried to come back here twice since it became sammys. Both times I have been second or third in line. No one comes to greet you. I wait 10 mins in the car no movement, no staff. Today someone came out and said 40 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me as they are short staff. Can't trust this place any more unfortunately. Splash is too far away. Sucks. read more

This place is one of the best place to bring your car to. The customer service is great. They went the extra mile to deliver my car back to me during my lunch break with no extra charge! and they did a beautiful job, better then foam and wash in dutchess county. I was really surprised how affordable it was considering it's Chappaqua to begin with, for a simple light bulb in the towns hardware store is six dollars. Obviously I will be bring my car to them and only them to detail and wash. read more

I LOVE this car wash. I live in NYC and literally travel to Chappqua to this car wash because they do an incredible job, especially for the price- you will not find anywhere else with so much attention to detail at this price point (I get the $22 wash). Everyone who works there is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure the car is clean. When I brought my car in today, it was so dirty after several snow storms- the carpets were dirty with mud and crumbs. The inside of my door was corroded because I was dumb and opened it during the snow storm. I brought it to Sammy's on my way back from upstate to the city, and BOOM, in no time I have a beautiful clean car that smells fresh and looks amazing. Have no doubt- this is where you should get your car washed! PS: I told my parents about this place and now they too travel here from NYC for a car wash. Plus- it's a fun wait because they have a fridge with tempting drinks inside and also sell snacks/gum , etc. So charming. A ritual. read more

I find they do a fine job and are always pretty nice, especially the guy who runs it. I leave it there and go to lunch at Oldstone or Spoon or bring work to do at Lange's r get a manicure/pedicure and come back in an hour and it is always done. It's super convenient. I just came back from getting my car done--spotless inside. Just allot an hour (unless ht eline is out the driveway) and don't stress about it. We have to support Chappaqua bueinsses if they do a good job, otherwsie we cannot expect them to remain here. read more

Yay! Can't say enough about the great service at Sammy and Sons. I recently stopped by to have my car cleaned after a weekend trip. Sammy and his team did an amazing job. He was manager at Splash when the company temporarily setup shop at the same location - and he went out on his own. A full service wash costs about $50 (there are lesser priced options,) my car came out near perfect - there was one bug that was still stuck! My weekend trip included lots of bugs, bird droppings, staining my rubber mats with the red soil found at the Poconos and some left over foliage after a weekend long hike - these guys did a great job. A hand wash is about being able to catch the details versus a conveyor belt where humans replace machines. They did not let my car go with visible defects, even going as far as to clean the area under my exhaust - a place that is frequently missed. I'll be back in a couple of weeks time to take advantage of their full detailing services. When getting my car washed, I saw Sammy detail and SUV himself.. .Go there for the great service and support a business owner who actually cares about what he is providing.
