Not only did they quote me $2,000 less than the dealership, they also offered me rental car at no additional charge. Because I was a first time customer they also offered me a discount. He said that if we couldn't afford to pick it up that they were going to charge us an additional $60 per day every day we left it there. I can't remember the exact amount because I paid cash and it was about a year ago, but I just saw his business pop up when I was doing a search and remembered that I should have left him a review back then. He really did great work. Check engine light was off, car passed emissions, and we drove it for another year before selling it a friend for his teenage son. Car is still running strong.

I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. After that encounter, this place found my Facebook page and contacted me through Facebook and other avenues. This encounter is one of my top unprofessional encounters I've ever witnessed.
