    Terrible Experience with Firestone…read more I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Firestone regarding the repair of my vehicle. Initially, I was hopeful that they would resolve the issues I was facing, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. After bringing my car in for repair, I was assured that everything would be taken care of. However, it became clear that the service I received was subpar. They claimed to have conducted a test drive and completed the necessary repair, but my car was left in an un-drivable state. I later learned from another mechanic another place that they did not perform the repairs adequately, which has now cost me $1,400. When I approached the manager, Frank, seeking assistance and a resolution to this matter, my concerns were met with indifference. He showed no willingness to work with me or acknowledge the substandard service. As a single mom, this experience has been not only costly but also frustrating, leaving me feeling unsupported and misled. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend Firestone to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and customer service has left a lasting negative impression. ---

    These guys are bad. I had them replace a part on my car. Just a short time later the same part has…read moregone bad. I was asked what to mileage on my car is. I said why would that make a difference. "Because it's warrantied for 36,000 miles." I gave him my current mileage. With a quick response, "nope, you're past the mileage for warranty". I tried to explain to him that there wasn't anyway possible I could have put the mileage on my car he was claiming. Literally it was 40% of the miles on vehicle in just a short amount of time. There was no amount of math I could do that he could understand with logic. Realistically the error came from them not recording the correct mileage. But they aren't bending. This was the last and final time that I will accept this type of customer service from Firestone. So if you choose to go here, take a picture of your odometer and the service techs hand written copy and save them. I believe this is fraud.

When they finished, the car made noise when turning right and the steering wheel would not return to center on its own. To add insult to injury they wanted me to wait a week for them to look at problem AND ANOTHER $180 FOR THE INSPECTION!!!! BE WARNED. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. When I received the call that my car was finished, they were extremely persistent in trying to get me to agree to more services. I declined multiple times and they finally got the message. When I went to pick up my car, the check engine light was on so I grabbed my father (mind you I'm a 24 year old woman) and went back. I started to explain to the men at the front desk about what happened and they told me that "an oil change and a check engine light have nothing to do with eachother" and thats when my dad stepped in and told them it was not a coincidence. Then they decided to take a look. (of course) When they finsihed up they came back and said that everything is all set and we asked what the problem was. Turns out it was their fault because they did not put the air filter back in properly. The older man who was speaking to us did not turn to me once and spoke directly to my father and only apologized to him. Considering that I was the one who brought the car in, paid for it, and picked it up, I found this extremely disrespectful. Not only have they lost my business, but they have also lost my father's and family's. Learn to treat women with more respect.
